Pros:

Kellemes, hangulatos szállás. Kedves és figyelmes személyzet. Gyönyörű kiáltás, szép és rendezett környezet. A reggeli bőséges volt, a vacsora nagyon finom. A tulajdonos személyesen is ügyelt a vendégek jólétére. Nekünk nagyon tetszett, hogy esténként a vacsora után elő zene szólt a kényelmes kültéri bútorokkal berendezett teraszon.

Cons:

Hiányzott a reggelihez a zöldség és a szobában nem volt hűtő. A fák gyökereitől eléggé felpúposodott a bejáratnál az aszfalt, illetve sok helyen a parkolóban is. Alacsony autóval erre nagyon kellett figyelni.

Piękne i klimatyczne miejsce, do którego chce się wrócić .
Pros:

Hotel usytuowany w pięknym miejscu w otoczeniu drzew i ze wspaniałym widokiem na stare, historyczne miasto. Świetny basen przy którym można było się zrelaksować i odpocząć. Dobre drinki 🍹, a przede wszystkim bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni ludzie pracujący w hotelu.
Pokoje czyste i pachnące, ogród wypielęgnowany, parking czysty i wygodny.
Jedzenie bardzo dobre🙂

Excellent hotel for a family vacation.
The personnel is very friendly, everyone is eager to help with any question you might have.
You'll get an amazing buffet breakfast included in the price and 6pm aperitives with pizza and croquettes.
The hotel has a DJ all day at the pool area and live concerts at night.
Outdoor fitness center with biking and jogging equipment, ping-pong, football field will keep you and your loved ones busy all day.
It is also located in a Toscanian area with a magnificent view. You can take an elevator to the third floor and enjoy the view from three gigantic balconies, that provide you with 360° view.
Thank you guys for a great experience! I highly advise everyone to stay at this amazing hotel.

Accoglienza
Pros:

La colazione era ricca di dolci (tra cui 10 tipi diversi di torte). La piscina è molto piacevole. Il giardino è molto comodo per chi viaggia con il cane. Sono assolutamente accoglienti nei confronti dei cani, permettendo anche di portarli nel loro ristorante

Cons:

La camera era arredata in modo poco comodo: per aprire la finestra o il frigo dovevo spostare altri mobili e viceversa. La trapunta era macchiata e il getto dell'aria condizionata (centralizzata) arrivava dritto in testa quando si sta stesi a letto

Cibo ottimo, lettini della piscina comodi, bella piscina

Struttura vecchia e malconcia, sembrava l'albergo del film shining, nella struttura niente bagnoschiuma nemmeno se lo chiedi hanno solo shampoo, balconi sporchi di capelli delle altre stanze, niente privacy sul balcone poiché confinanti e vicini, letto scomodo poiché 2 letti singoli avvicinati, cuscini scomodi, lenzuola e coperte vecchie, giardino orribile, entrata al parcheggio difficile poiché asfalto danneggiato, condizionatore in camera vecchio e rumoroso, mobilio vecchio orribile e rumoroso, ascensori piccoli e sembrano non sicuri per troppo dondolio, arredamento sia delle stanze che dei corridoi vecchio e rovinato, solo la reception ed il bar erano tenuti decentemente, è un albergo in stile anni 60 - 70 che cercano di sistemare nel tempo. Era talmente tutto brutto che a stare nella struttura ti viene lo stress.

Leggendo le recensioni mi aspettavo peggio, invece è un bell'albergo, in una zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro, con tanto verde, un bel parco, amache e sedie fuori, piscina che non ho sfruttato ma che vedevo pulire con regolarità, campo da calcetto, ping pong, musica serale. Noi avevamo una tripla molto spaziosa. Pulita. Colazione abbondante. Personale gentile. È vero che l'albergo è un pò datato, avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata e sistemata, x esempio nel nostro bagno il coprivater era rotto e in un 4 stelle non te lo aspetti, ma a parte la struttura datata è stato impeccabile su tutto per le nostre due notti. È stata una piacevole sorpresa e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Buon albergo nei pressi di Chianciano staff accogliente ampio spazio nell' area piscina camera ampia buonissima la colazione non mancava mai nulla sui tavoli sia dolce che salato l'albergo stile anni 90. Ma ritornerò più che volentieri
