Pros:

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже лет 10 подряд. По 2-3 раза в год, иногда чаще. С каждым годом ветшает отель все больше. А огромная стройка вокруг окончательно все испортила. С потолка номера текла вода, чайник и сейф не работал, в ванной подтекало, хамам плохо греет и ждать надо час, чтобы его включили. Сервис стал также соответствовать обветшалости отеля. Очень жаль. Был любимый отель.

Cons:

Отель требует ремонта и реновации. Огромная стройка вокруг. Обветшалость везде.

Что делает этот отель восхитительным,это люди.Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле…расстояние до центра города и СТРОЙКА рядом с отеле компенсируется вниманием со с стороны персонала.Upgrade номер,чтобы меньше было слышно шум со стройки(спасибо Леону)заказали бесплатно такси до аэропорта,много мелочей,которые делают твое пребывание в отеле значимыми.Чистота в отеле👍Особое внимание к интерьеру.Люблю Армению😘

Второй раз в этом отеле, шикарный СПА
Pros:

Останавливались во второй раз в этом отеле. После кольцевого тура по Армении решили устроить себе релакс. Хамам,парная,бассейн – все что мы хотели и получили. Очень приятный персонал, в качестве комплимента угостили нас домашним вином. Недалеко есть торговый центр, в котором есть большой супермаркет, IKEA и несколько магазинов. Номера просторные и чистые. Соотношение цена-качество 100%. Вернёмся ещё!

Cons:

Рядом идёт стройка, очень шумно, невозможно выйти на балкон и насладиться видами.

уже втрой раз приезжаем в этот отель, все нравится! персонал очень приятный , и за минуту решает любую проблему! понравилась сухая баня и хамам , а так же бассейн внутри отеля. еда в ресторане было недорогая и вкусная. в минибаре есть вся необходимая еда. в номере был большой выбор ванных принадлежностей ив се необходимое для комфортного пребывания! мы останавливались на 4 дня и кажды день наш номе тщательно убирали - это было очень приятно) спасибо всему персонала за теплый прием!

Cons:

рядом с отлем к сожалению сейчас идет стройка, и иногда это мешало нам по утрам. но не критично

Pros:

The suite was lovely, jacuzzi in the room was great, receptionist was also very kind and welcoming. Hotel has a swimming pool which was also very nice and sauna. For the price we paid, it was a good value!

Cons:

Breakfast was not worth 11e we paid, we ordered one thing and received something different, so the restaurant in general was not the best. Better take a taxi (cheapest is application Yandex Go) to the city centre to Caucasus tavern and eat there for much better price and food diversity. Also, the tv should be replaced for a smart tv.

За свою цену неплохой отель

Cons:

Видно, что на состояние номеров забили. Ручки дверей, крючки в ванной, все отваливается. При этом исправляется все за 20 минут.

Девушка на ресепшн явно не на своем месте. Общается так, будто я ей денег должен, а не как с клиентом.
