Pros:

The suite was lovely, jacuzzi in the room was great, receptionist was also very kind and welcoming. Hotel has a swimming pool which was also very nice and sauna. For the price we paid, it was a good value!

Cons:

Breakfast was not worth 11e we paid, we ordered one thing and received something different, so the restaurant in general was not the best. Better take a taxi (cheapest is application Yandex Go) to the city centre to Caucasus tavern and eat there for much better price and food diversity. Also, the tv should be replaced for a smart tv.

За свою цену неплохой отель

Cons:

Видно, что на состояние номеров забили. Ручки дверей, крючки в ванной, все отваливается. При этом исправляется все за 20 минут.

Девушка на ресепшн явно не на своем месте. Общается так, будто я ей денег должен, а не как с клиентом.

An exceptional stay at Caucasus Hotel! Highly recommended!
Pros:

I traveled to Armenia without high expectations regarding accommodation, but Caucasus Hotel truly exceeded them all. From the moment we arrived around 3:00 PM, everything was smooth and well-organized. We immediately found a free parking spot right in front of the building, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, even if her English wasn’t perfect.

The hotel is ideally located just a short drive from Yerevan. It’s perfect if you want easy access to the city while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet environment. For travelers who appreciate both convenience and tranquility, this location is ideal.

A major highlight of our stay was the cleanliness. The room was spotless, and housekeeping was done daily at an impeccable standard. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained throughout our stay.

We also took advantage of the sauna and hammam, which were a fantastic bonus and added even more value to our stay. The hotel’s architecture is beautiful, with a unique and impressive style. The elevators are modern and fast, which made moving around the hotel very convenient.

We checked out at 3:00 AM due to an early morning flight, and even at that hour everything went smoothly and professionally. The staff was consistently courteous and attentive.

One of the pleasant surprises was the minibar pricing. We paid only 2 euros for two mineral waters - something you rarely find in hotels today. Overall, for the services and quality offered, the value for money was excellent.

Our experience at Caucasus Hotel was truly wonderful, and I would return without hesitation. From the clean rooms and great facilities to the friendly service and perfect location, everything contributed to a memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yerevan!

Die Dame an der Rezepzion hat uns zum Glück geholfen eine wirklich günstige Fahrt nach Goris zu bekommen. Und der Wein, den wir testen durften war sehr lecker.
