Reception staff was good.
Linen was not very clean, room was little smelly though I requested for non smoking room.
I thought it would get old but to my surprise it is still more younger than any new modern hotel.
It has its own class and glory, which is unmatched!
Breakfast was ok. 7/10. Location is good
The only think I like was the staff. Nothing other than this was ok. The Air Condition dint work. I couldnt sleep the all night in such a suffocation that too in the mont of June. There was no switches to find far turning off the 10% of lights despite searching every corner.

Breakfast very good! Gym well equipped with a lot of treadmils , weights and machinary for fitness.
treadmils at the gym doesn't work very well. If I try to put an higher speed they don't work properly

Room keys were not working it was so bad experience .
Serena is an excellent place to stay.
Problems are the security measures which I believe is not the fault of the hotel management. There is no control over the loud guests and their friends in other rooms. You will suddenly wake up in the night with a loud laugh outside your door. The rest is good.
