Tolles Stadthotel mit Pool und Restaurant
Pros:

Aufgrund der Lage zur Speicherstadt und die Nähe zur U-Bahn haben wir das Hotel wieder gebucht. Das Zimmer ist gut und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Der Pool war eine angenehme Abkühlung.

Cons:

Das Zustellbett für unsere Tochter war sehr hart. Im Badezimmer wäre mehr Ablagefläche ideal, vor allem wenn man nicht nur für 1-2 Nächte bleibt.

Entspannter Weekend-Trip in Hamburg

Super leckeres Frühstück; einfacher Check-in und -out; kleiner Pool-/Wellnessbereich; Top-Lage; super freundliches Personal; Möglichkeit, Gepäck noch einmal unterzustellen.

Pros:

Excellent location, really close to main attractions, but a bit away from the crowds.
The room was awesome, looked better than on pics and had more than enough space for the family of 3. Equipped with literally everything one can need. Very clean.

Cons:

I did not like the breakfast at all. Food was not the best quality. But the worst was that they were not cleaning the tables. Every morning we witnessed the same situation, the tables were left with piles of plates and cups for a really long time and until some new guests show up and ask the waiters to clean it. Nobody was cleaning the tables proactively and you had to chase the stuff for clean forks and knives. I can understand that it's difficult to regulate the crowd in the morning and at some peak hours the breakfast area becomes too busy. But it was not the case here and I did not see any effort or proactive attitude from the staff, they were quite relaxed.
Given that the kitchen is so nicely equipped in the room, I would advise not to pay for breakfast, totally not worth it.
Other than that, the hotel is ideal in my opinion.

Kun tyske kanaler.
Poolen var der en enkelt bruser... mange kom ned uden at ha været i bad inden.
Sengene var hårde. Sovesofa som at sove på gulvet. Du ville kunne finde steder til den halve pris og lige så dårligt/godt eller hvad man skal sige.
Badeværelset var super lækkert.

Pool, läge, kök och tvättmaskin.

Cons:

Skjutdörr till badrummet utan lås. Dusch som blöter ned badrumsgolvet.

The location is excellent, being only one tube stop away from the centre of the city and two away from the central train station. The bedroom was ideal, equipped with everything you require.

Cons:

We thought the breakfast was very expensive and because this only had it on our final morning.
