Fijne kamer met top keukentje. Geschakeld wat heel fijn is met een gezin. Superlekker en goed ontbijt

Cons:

Zwembad was best koud. En toen we om 16 kwamen was de kamer niet klaar. We kregen wel een drankje. Maar met 3 kleine kids die moe waren niet ideaal. Later vroeg ik of er al iets bekend was en toen heeft en andere collega kunnen wisselen zodat we iig een kamer hadden

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Rathaus, die Elbphilharmonie und die Speicherstadt sind alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Der Service und die Zimmerreinigung waren leider nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Eine zusätzliche Reinigung muss separat bestellt werden, andernfalls erfolgt die Reinigung nur alle drei Tage. Die Handtücher werden ebenfalls nur gewechselt, wenn man sie selbst zur Rezeption bringt.

Auch die Auswahl an Gemüse und Obst beim Frühstück war eher begrenzt, und leider wurde nicht immer nachgefüllt. Mehrmals waren einige Schalen bereits komplett leer. Daher empfiehlt es sich, direkt zu Beginn der Frühstückszeit zu kommen.

Cleanliness needs improvement.
Cons:

We arrived to check in at 3:00 PM. The front desk informed us that the room was ready but asked us to wait a little longer because the sofa bed needed to be made up. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes; it was already 4:00 PM by the time we actually got into the room. However, the trash can was full (smelling of diapers and strawberries)—I really don't understand what their definition of "cleaned" is. Naturally, the floor wasn't clean either.

Hotel empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Familienzimmer ist geräumig. Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wurden die Tische nicht abgeräumt, hatte kaum Platz zum Sitzen.
Ein Aufzug war defekt und wurde nicht repariert. Lange Wartezeiten bei den Aufzügen.
