Swat Serena Hotel

I was truly delighted by the warm and welcoming attitude of all the staff members at Swat Serena Hotel. Even my family felt an immediate sense of familiarity, as if each team member were part of our extended family. The genuine hospitality we experienced made our stay exceptionally memorable. During the same visit, I also stayed at another resort near Swat, but the exemplary service and gracious demeanor of the Swat Serena Hotel staff clearly set a higher standard of hospitality.

We booked four rooms and stayed at Serena Swat for one night, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was very clean, beautiful, and scenic, the views and the atmosphere were truly relaxing.

A special thanks to the manager, Mr. Wali Khan, who was exceptionally helpful and gracious. He made us feel so welcome, just like home, and went out of his way to assist us.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced, contrary to what many people assume.

Overall, we had a memorable stay and would highly recommend Serena Swat to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel has a very welcoming staff and we were greeted with drinks at check-in. We were then escorted to the rooms through the beautiful and lush green lawns of the hotel. The hotel architecture speaks vintage, the rooms also follow same aesthetic. Kids enjoyed the pool which was well maintained. Food options were a bit limited but the available options and their taste was good. Morning breakfast had some limited options (compared to other 3-star hotels).

Everything was perfect! Mr. Wali was there to greet us with chilled welcome drinks (much needed after the hot drive from Malam Jabba), The food, especially the breakfast was amazing. I got to try Warjaley at breakfast which was assembled voluntarily by Mr. Iqbal (pretty sure that was his name). it was amaaazing. My 1st time for this dish in spite of my numerous trips to Swat. He also personally made a mint lemonade for me without sugar which was very refreshing. The kids enjoyed the pool, swings, a personalized tour of the heritage building which only Mr. Wali can do justice to, the trees marked with their names & age were an added bonus. Coming to Swat Serena is a must for us when we are visiting Swat, it gives us a chance to unwind, get spoilt before we head back home.

The fact that it was a Prime Minister house of the past with lush green lawns & open verandas

We had a recent two weeks stay at the heritage suites at Swat Serena Hotel. Both suites were spotless and comfortable. We had the privilege to stay at one of the best hotels in the Swat region where the staff were incredibly warm and professional. Our special thanks go to the hotel management for their kind support and attention to smaller details. We would also like to thank Mr. Javed from the housekeeping staff for his prompt availability and exceptional service. Only suggestion: the shower head could use better water pressure. Overall, the hotel is a wonderful place to stay in the region and we recommend it to anyone visiting the Swat area. An amazing experience!

The building is a heritage building and this is what needs to be stated in the description

The location is very good and big. It takes a long time to get there and you have to cross the whole city. Rooms are cosy and heaters are good. Staff is very courteous. Food options are limited. Bonfire is good on weekends. Family rooms with two full beds are missing. The road from entry to parking is very tricky to drive.

Facilities are good and but if u compare the price and facilities it’s not matched

It was lovely experience to come and stay at same hotel after 34 years where we stayed for our honeymoon in Jan 1991. Over the years hotel has extended and kept its high standards. Was sad to know that our Serena tourism driver at that time passed away. He was a lovely person. May Allah bless him with highest abode in Paradise.
