Bad service
Cons:

I booked a room with 1 double bed + 1 single bed.During booking I had informed be checking in late. However, when arrived around 6pm, the receptionist casually informed me that the room type I booked was no longer available and only regular room were left.without showing any concerns for the inconvenience caused.

I was very frustrated n decided to cancel the booking n luckily managed to get another hotel.
