NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort

What a place! Reethi Beach Resort surpassed all our expectations. Our overwater villa was beautiful, and the house reef is incredible - even just snorkeling a few metres from the beach, we saw turtles, sharks, and countless fish.

The food was excellent. The main buffet had plenty of variety and themed evenings, and there were always some fresh cooking stations. We also ate at Reethi Grill twice (delicious) and had lunch at Moodhu a few times, where we saw sharks and rays swimming below.

Lastly, the staff were all lovely and very friendly. If you're looking for a relaxed, authentic stay in the Maldives, where the marine life comes first and the WiFi comes last, this is the place for you. It was the perfect place to switch off and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff mentioned that the resort is being refurbished very soon, and I really hope it keeps its charm.

Every staff here is helpful and nice!
The local culture dancing and singing are joyful.
However we have to waste our first 2 hours after arrival,Just because their hair dryer and telephone is broken,And they try to fix it for around 2 hour.And those action waste us for 2hours in our room.
If they can check the room service before the guest come, I am going to give a higher rate.
Also, We have join the seafood bbq for 99usd/ppl.
It a beautiful night and have extraordinary view , but the option of food is very limited. There are like only two food are different from the normal buffet, and that is disappointed.

If I go to Maldives again, I may try reethi beach again.

Прекрасно проведенное время. Весьма подходящее место для любителей снорклинга. Домашний риф великолепен, широкий, с кораллами на разных глубинах. Видели осьминогов, лангустов, дельфинов, разнообразных скатов, акул, мурен и рыбы без счета. Даже одна манта заплывала.
К этому прилагается великолепный вкуснейший завтрак, спорткомплекс и дайвингцентр.
Был еще катамаран, но для него требовались навыки участника проф.регаты, и одних нас сейлить не пустили.
Два отдельных плюса.
Точка кормежки мант в 20 мнутах - большая вероятнось их застать при небольшой стоимости экскурсии.
Всюду (кроме спортзала) можно босиком, даже на ужин, вечерняя футболка, бабочка и голые пятки.
Прим. В номерах и на пляже нет wifi.

I truly enjoyed my time at this resort. All of the staff had a very tranquil vibe to them. The food was really good. My wife is a pretty picky eater and we were worried she was going to have a hard time finding options for her but she was indulging in something from all the restaurants amd buffet. The area around the island is truly stunning and the entire facility was clean.

The only knock on the place is that is was a little bit dated but i uonestly didnt mind at all because nothing was severtly broken or is a state of disarray. During iur stay they were already updated a lot of little things, and the gym was immacculate

We stayed for 10 days and we never got bored. For us to travel all the way from Canada its got to be a 10 day stay minimum to male the travel in and out worth the trip (with layovers its about 30 hours of travel for us each way) but the next time i plan to visit i will be booking atleast half my stay with Reethi Beach Resort because I know my time spent there will be nothing short of amazing.

This vacation really cleansed my spul!!

Reethi Beach makes me very happy.
Staffs are very kind , foods are very delicious,snorkeling is very good(turtle, eagle ray ,napoleon ,shark,mantas, whaleshark)
Sunset bar is very beautiful,and Ｉcan't
forget drinking every evening with my three friends who met at Reethi Beach for the first time about six years ago.
But this time Ｉcould not drink at sunset bar and drink　kurumba(young coconut) at the restaurant because of bad weather.

Ｉwant to come back to Reethi Beach .

It was an amazing place, everyone was so nice and helpful. The diving was great and we loved our room!

The resort staff was super friendly. The house reef was amazing to snorkel and dive. The food was excellent with so many choices for each meal. The all inclusive package made meals and alcoholic beverages super easy to select from. The sunset deluxe villa was very comfortable for three adults and was perfect to have privacy and easy access to the sand and water. The seaplane ride gave spectacular views of the atolls and brilliant shades of blue. The pool is pretty small and better suited for children wanting a break from the ocean. Overall it was a wonderful experience on a natural island with amazing sea life.

everday we could choose delicious meals at the buffet, that you usually cannot get in Europe.
really everybody of the native and international staff was friendly.
unfortunately, BUT THATS NO FAULT OF REETHI TEAM, the pollution of sea and shore with plastic parts, has also reached this beautiful place at the Maldives. We put some parts out of the water, during snorkeling, but that was only a drop on a hot stone.
Excellent snorkeling place, if you bear in mind the different currents at the reef, which can change within hours, depending on the tides.
quite quiet island resort, with no extraordinary activities, which would disturb other tourists and sealife.

My absolutely best recommendations to Reethi Beach and this magical island.

Thank you so much to all of you at Ocean Fanatics dive center for creating memories lasting a lifetime. Manta rays and whale sharks in Hanifaru national park just 10 minutes by boat - and an abundance of life just below the surface surrounding the island. sharks, dolphins, turtles, octopus and all the fish you could imagine. I have traveled to many of the most popular dive sites in the world and here at Reethi they have it all.

The island, the beaches and the magical ocean surrounding the island are breathtaking.

We only included breakfast in our stay and we are happy for our decision. Every night we had dinner on the ocean at the amazing Moodhu Bar & Restaurant. The food were great, the atmosphere stunning, the view is the best in the world and the staff were friendly and heartwarming.

We had an over water villa and I would recommend this. But it looked like the normal villas were also very nice.

My girlfriend and I would definitely recommend to book at Reethi if you are searching for paradise

Reethi Beach Resort has a good house reef. There are quite a lot of dead corals but the reef seem to be recovering. There is an abundance of fishes, sharks, sting rays, turtles, crabs, corals and octopus among others in the house reef. Excellent place for snorkelling and relaxing.

The staff was welcoming and friendly and helped make our stay relaxing.

Very nice and natural island with barefoot resort and super friendly staff. House reef hosting plenty of fish, turtles, stingrays and even sharks. Will come back!

The staff are all so friendly and accommodating, food is great, the resort is quiet and beautiful, and we never got bored with all the excursions and sea life to see.

Ho soggiornato in una deluxe beach villa: belle camere con bagno maldiviano, spaziose e curate. Ho richiesto di essere sul lato sunset dell’isola e sicuramente è il migliore e si trova di fronte al reef.
Il reef non è molto ampio, i coralli sono sbiancati, ma sono presenti molti pesci ed anche una tartaruga si incontra molto facilmente. Gli altri lati dell’isola sono soggetti a correnti piuttosto forti, almeno nel periodo in cui sono stata io, e hanno dovuto proteggere la spiaggia con molte barriere frangiflutti.
Il ristorante ha una bella varietà di cibo e di ottima qualità, unica nota per l’acqua, naturale, in bottiglie preparate da loro, che fanno pagare 3$
Il personale che si occupa delle pulizie delle camere è molto carino e attento, meno simpatia ho riscontrato in quello del ristorante e della reception. L’ultimo giorno, ripartendo nel pomeriggio inoltrato, avevo richiesto un late checkout o di avere una stanza dove poter fare una doccia prima di ripartire, ma mi è stato detto che non avevano disponibilità, anche se a me non sembrava assolutamente che il resort fosse al completo, dicendomi che potevo usare la doccia della piscina.
Ho usufruito del trasferimento da Male con l’idrovolante: questo resort si appoggia alla Manta air ed i loro tempi di attesa sono piuttosto lunghi.

This resort is undergoing renovations. Covid hit the Maldives hard and now people are coming back and so are the resorts. This resort has some dated aspects but it is still beautiful. The island itself is beautiful!!!! it is lush it is intimate and it has the best snorkeling reef I have ever seen and it was easily accessible from the beach. I stayed in one of the over the water villas and it was very nice. The bed was not the most comfortable but the room was nice and the bathroom had obviously been remodeled. Some of the other finishes and furniture in the room seemed dated. The deck over the water gave a great view and you can go straight to the reef from your villa. It is a great spot to snorkel and swim from. there is a nice sand bar that is with in the middle of the villas The island is not very large you can go from one end to the other in less than 15min. If you get Full Board or Half Board it is buffet food only no drinks, not even water. I would suggest upgrading to an all inclusive plan. The water in your room is included and it can bring it with you around the island.
