Tout d’abord lorsqu’on envoie des messages pour une information sur le transfert, j’ai eu aucune réponse de leur part mise à part 4jours après or j’en avais besoin à mon arrivée, j’avais demandé à mon autre réceptionniste de les appeler à ma place et ce qu’il a fait et il m’a tout simplement dit qu’il y en avait pas et qu’il fallait prendre un taxi directement à la sortie de l’aéroport. Dès lors mon arrivée, la porte de l’hôtel était fermé et j’ai attendu d’avoir un réceptionniste pour l’ouverture. Lorsque nous sommes montés à l’étage pour que je puisses récupérer ma chambre, le monsieur était très speed. Je l’ai vu 5min top chrono.

Par la suite en voyant de plus près, la salle d’eau dégueulasse, donne pas du tout envie de passer son temps dedans. Déjà il y a le tapis de bain qui était sur l’abattant des toilette, lorsque je l’ai mis ailleurs je me suis aperçu qu’il n’était pas propre, quand j’ai voulu aller au toilette, je lève l’abattant et je trouve un cheveu à l’intérieur du toilette forcément ce n’est pas le mien.

Ensuite le lendemain lors d’une douche, il faut attendre énormément de temps pour avoir de l’eau chaude, pas vraiment de pression, la robinetterie remplit de calcaire et les joints du carrelage ne sont pas du tout propre limite on dirait des traces de moisissures.

Lorsque je revient de ma journée, la femme de ménage est passée me reposer une serviette, car à mon arrivée j’en avais qu’une seule pour le corps et pas pour les cheveux ou visage. On m’a remis un autre rouleau de papier toilette sur une petite étagères blanches, au moment je récupère l’un des rouleaux, je suis stupéfaite de voir que l’étagère est également degueulasse, on met du papier toilette propre sur quelques choses de sales je ne vois pas la logique.

Le soir même la chasse d’eau ne fonctionne plus.. puisqu’il n’y aucune présence de réceptionniste je me suis retrouvée dans une situation inconfortable.. le lendemain, plus d’eau chaude donc obligé de faire une « toilette de chat ».

La habitación ni el baño estaban higienizados. Antes de usar el inodoro me puse a limpiarlo, tenía restos de deposición anterior.

Bagno angusto, neppure lo spazio per appendere gli asciugamani, né per appoggiare gli effetti personali. Pressione dell'acqua molto debole al punto da rendere il farsi la doccia un'impresa. Acqua calda quasi assente nelle ore serali, quelle di maggiore richiesta. La pulizia della camera non è stata fatta quotidianamente sebbene sia stata richiesta esplicitamente e malgrado l'impegno dell'host in tal senso. Hotel da evitare categoricamente.

Kuchnia mogłaby być lepiej wyposażona w przybory kuchenne. Kubki do kawy kupiliśmy w Migrosie, bo w kuchni były tylko małe filiżanki i kufle do piwa

El baño es la mayor desventaja. Tiene la ducha en el mismo lugar que el inodoro y el lavamanos y se moja demasiado. Estaría bien contar con un secador de piso al menos. También está un poco sucio de humedad. Y el lavamanos es tan pequeño que cuesta hasta lavarse la cara.
La cama solo tiene sábana bajera

It is a no-frills choice so maybe worth spending a bit more money if you want something fancier. For just a bed, a functional bathroom, and some good aircon, right in the middle of the old town, it was perfect.

Куча мелочей в комнате, которые владельцы могут легко поправить и тогда это будет не просто хороший отель, а замечательный! Не работает вытяжка в туалете, крючки для полотенец отваливаются, заедает бачок унитаза, не работает лампа освещения и тому подобное.

The bathroom was not very clean, the toilet had many spots and the shower is not separate from the rest of the bathroom.

The bathroom had a bad smell.

A very old and not-so-clean hotel. The moment we entered the room, we were already disappointed. It looks nothing like the photos. The pictures were probably taken several years ago when the hotel had just opened. On top of the shock of entering a dark, musty-smelling room, we were even more surprised to see hair and fur on the beds. Don’t be fooled by how bright the room looks in the photos — it’s actually very dark. Due to the poor lighting, we had to use our phone flashlight to look for things in our suitcase. The bathroom smelled bad, and together with the musty room odor, it was unbearable. It was not clean at all. They had just mopped the visible parts, and that was it.

The worst part is that they don't seem to care about the customer's requests. They said the room was cleaned, but when we entered, everything was exactly the same. The next day we asked for cleaning again. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed — I even took a photo to show them and asked for it to be cleaned, but they didn’t even touch it. Once again, they only cleaned the visible areas. Even after the "cleaning," there were still hairs on the pillow — I sent a photo, and they didn’t even respond. The toilet was already moldy and smelled awful, completely unlike how it appears in the photos. The curtains were stained and full of dust. The towels they gave us were obviously very old, and the bath mats were so worn out that they were torn — yet they still handed them to guests without a second thought. When complaints increased, they eventually just stopped responding — I guess they got offended.)) I really don’t understand how they aim to provide customer satisfaction. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but I can honestly say this was my worst experience.
