Un super séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Tout était absolument parfait
Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle et le niveau de service impeccable
Les deux réceptionnistes sont très serviables et le jeune gardien de nuit qui s’occupe aussi du petit déjeuner est parfait
Le petit déjeuner est succulent avec plein de fruits
Les chambres sont très confortables avec une climatisation silencieuse ce qui est un vrai plus
Bref allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus

Ho soggiornato all’Eden Boutique Hotel di Sapa e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. Tutto era in ordine e ben curato, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è il personale: estremamente cordiale, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Dopo il check-out ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie nella hall mentre continuavamo a visitare la città, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Al nostro ritorno, sempre dopo aver già lasciato la stanza, ci siamo fermati nella hall per ricaricare i telefoni e, con grande gentilezza, ci hanno persino offerto un succo di frutta.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen, abseits vom grossen Rummel und trotzdem nur wenige Schritte davon entfernt. Schönes grosses Zimmer. Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, wie zB Ms.Autumn. gutes Frühstück. Das dazugehörende SPA ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Wir würden das Eden wieder buchen!

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Great location - only about a 5 minute walk into the main town area.
Lots of restaurants everywhere, the room was a great size for the 3 of us and well decorated with a little balcony.
Really friendly staff who helped up organise transport to and from Cat Cat Village on our arrival.
Laundry service was good and not too expensive.
Breakfast was delicious with good options.

Cons:

Nothing - we were really happy with our stay.

Jenny at the front desk was always available to answer questions before staying and while we were onsite. Hotel close to everything we wanted to see.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The room was comfortable and spotless. We especially appreciated the staff, who responded to all our requests and questions. The reception team, in particular, was exceptionally friendly and professional, helping us organize excursions and leisure activities. Breakfasts were delicious, with everything fresh and well-prepared. We highly recommend this hotel.
