Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location, very kind staff.
Pros:

The hotel is well located on a street with shops and restaurants. We were greeted at 5 am with tea and fruits. The stay was great. The rooms are very comfortable, we didn't lack for anything. The breakfast is delicious. Everything is fresh. Above all - the help and kindness of the staff is noteworthy. They helped us get around, organize all the trips we wanted in the area and even print flight tickets. The laundry services are good. The hotel's massage is excellent, we did it twice. 10 out of 10 without a doubt. Full value for money.

Two nights with Junior Suite with city View
Pros:

The clean room, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and Sun plaza where the station to Fansipan located, super friendly staff and good breakfast.

Cons:

It's only minor things like air con and hot water systems, but if you tell them the problems they'll fixed it for you straight away.

Wonderful stay and great location
Pros:

Great location. Very clean. Very good breakfast. And the staff were the best. Such good communication beforehand and helped with tours on site. Would recommend completely. Lovely stay and thank you to them.

Great little boutique hotel
Pros:

The location is perfect. The room is just as in the photos and it’s spotless. The shower is very hot and strong. Wifi is super reliable. Most important of all, the reception staff were all super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Excellent location with clean and very comfortable room. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were exceptional especially Jenny who made sure our stay was perfect! Highly recommended.
