We were comfortable staying in the hotel a lot because weather was bad.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and cute.

Cons:

It wasn’t the property but the weather. We couldn’t do anything due to heavy fog.

Pros:

Mention spéciale au monsieur qui était présent le matin du 25 mars. Un adorable et gentil et très serviable. Il est fantastique, on voit qu’il donne tout son passion de son métier pour nous touriste.

Cons:

Très bruyant.
Odeur d’égout vraiment désagréable dans la chambre. Heureusement ce n’était qu’une nuit.

Pros:

L'emplacement est top, proche du centre. Chambre spacieuse, bon petit déjeuner. L'accueil est top, les gens sont souriants. Nous avons eu un problème de bus pour repartir vers Hanoï, et nous avons eu une aide précieuse pour trouver une autre solution ! Salon de massage en face top avec réduction.

A great hotel near the center of Sapa, cozy and perfect for Sapa's cold weather
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very kind and accommodating. While we were checking in, the receptionist even apologized to us in advance that because it was dry season, the pressure of the water might not be too strong (it turned out not to be a problem at all). After checkout, another receptionist made sure our pickup car was coming. The staff really do everything to make sure guests have as nice a stay as possible. Our room was big and cozy, with some Hmong-themed decorations which I really liked. The beds were comfortable, the selection of TV channels diverse. The room also has a balcony. Although we didn't enjoy it too much because it was cold, I am sure it is a nice addition when the weather is a little nicer. The location is great. The Sun Plaza/ Sapa Station is a few minutes away on foot (you can actually see it from the balcony). There are many restaurants around the Sun Plaza, but there are also places to eat even closer to the hotel, e.g. Pho Ha.

Heerlijk mooie grote schone kamer! Heerlijke douche! Heerlijk bed, ontbijt was goed!! Je kon vanaf de kaart pannenkoeken, eieren, french toast bij bestellen! De vrouw van de receptie heeft ons vriendelijk en goed geholpen met onze uitjes! Centrum was prima te lopen! Met wel een steile weg omhoog, maar voldoende taxi's of grab die je terug willen brengen voor nog geen euro!

Lo staff era molto gentile, la camera bella e il letto comodo. La posizione è buona.

Cons:

L'hotel è un po' datato e il problema principale riguarda l'umidità all'interno della stanza, ma potrebbe essere un problema in generale di Sapa. Un po' di rumori esterni.

L'hôtel est conforme au descriptif et il est bien placé.Nous avons été très bien accueillis, l'ensemble du personnel a été très serviable et a cherché à rendre notre séjour des plus agréables, n'hésitant pas à faire les démarches pour nous pour le bus par exemple.
