Pros:

El trato del personal. Fueron muy amables. Ayudaron con las excursiones, aconsejándonos en todo momento. Estuvimos una hora en el hotel hasta que teníamos el taxi contratado y nos sirvieron té y fruta fresca. Ayudándonos con el equipaje todo el tiempo. Genial, un 100%

A charming retreat in Sapa
Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly. The omelette at breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower was delightful.

Cons:

The rooster across the road woke me up every morning at 5.30am. The lift near our room meant people were making noise which I could hear sometimes.

Great place to stay in Sapa. Breakfast is good. Good value for money. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Room is clean and staff are fantastic. Staff can help you buy tickets to all tourist attractions and I recommend buying tickets prior can save time. Staff go out of their way to help especially Lan.

ruhige einfache Unterkunft zu akzeptablen Preis
Pros:

sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Gut, dass da oben in den Bergen die Klimaanlage auch heizen kann :-). Einigermaßen ruhige Lage in einer sehr wuseligen Stadt

sehr alte Unterkunft, Boden knarzt, Türen undicht, daher etwas sehr hellhörig

Sapa was very foggy and drizzly during our stay but this hotel was a welcome retreat
Pros:

Great location where restaurants, bars, and shops were 15 minutes walk away or less. Nice breakfast buffet with chef prepared eggs and omelets. Staff were very helpful

Cons:

It needs a remodel. Feels outdated
