Excellent service. Beautiful interior and decoration. Not far from Sun plaza

Cons:

They opened room before checking out. Our belongings still in the room. We’re just out for some coffee till almost 11am, the door is opened when we comeback. Thankful nothing lost.

Great
Pros:

We only stayed for one night but the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Text us when we forgot some of our things let us shower and store our luggage when we came from our trek. Organised our transfer. They made me a free tea when I had a stomach ache. Great place

Pros:

Mooi hotel met zeer vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Mooie ruime schone kamers en ontbijt is zeer goed. De ligging is mooi centraal en je loopt in een paar minuten naar het centrum en treinstation.

Vriendelijkheid, behulpzaamheid mooi hotel met mooie schone kamers. Dicht bij alle faciliteiten zoals het monorail station en het centrum. Wij hebben er erg van genoten.

Pros:

Autumn and the whole team at Eden went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and that our stay was enjoyable. The staff really make such a difference, nothing was too much trouble. Autumn arranged two brilliant day trips and on the last day when we were struggling to get a Grab to the bus pick up she made some calls and got us there on time.

Cons:

The hotel is great value for money. The room decor is lovely and the beds are really comfortable but don’t go in thinking that it’s 5star luxury or you’ll be disappointed.
