Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti all'Eden Boutique Hotel di Sapa, verso la fine di agosto. La struttura è piuttosto nuova ed offre camere spaziose e confortevoli. Il personale alla reception si è messo fin dal nostro arrivo a disposizione per organizzare eventuali tour o trasferimenti per le attrazioni della zona. Non abbiamo avuto modo di provare la colazione perché, essendo agli ultimi giorni della nostra lunga vacanza, abbiamo preferito riposare un po' di più la mattina.

Pros:

1.The hotel is near to halal restaurant i.e Sapa halal restaurant (in front of the hotel), Pak Tam Halal Restaurant ( 2 mins walking distance) & Hajah Hawa Restaurant (4 mins).
2. Its near to Sun plaza about 5 mins walks.
3. Staffs here helpful & accomodating. Our motorcycle was towed by the police, she helped us to get it. Thankfully we were not get penalty. Special thanks to Ms Jenny & her husband for helping out.
4. We reached Sapa 6am, she let us freshen up

. The bathroom lobby has shower & dryer.

מלון מקסים עם צוות מאוד נחמד ושירותי, בעיקר ג׳ני בקבלה. עוד לפני ההגעה למלון יצרנו קשר והזמנו שירות של הסעה לכל ימי השהייה, ג׳ני דאגה לכל עם שירות מאוד אדיב ומחירים מצוינים. המיקום של המלון במרחק דקות ספורות מהמרכז (רק חשוב לדעת שמדובר בעליה), ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאוד ומספיקה בהחלט. תמורה מעולה למחיר!

היו עבודות בכביש בזמן השהיה שלנו, כך שהיה קצת רעש החל משעות הבוקר המוקדמות, אך זה לא תלוי במלון.

Tout était bien jusqu’au jour du départ

Nous avons vécu une expérience très bizarre le jour du départ. Lors du check-out nous nous sommes rendus compte qu’un de nos sacs contenant des souvenirs n’étaient plus dans la chambre. Nous le disons à l’accueil et demandons à ce que les caméras de surveillance soient visionnées. Vu que cela devait prendre du temps, nous choisissons de sortir nous balader. Nous recevons un message de la réceptionniste nous indiquant que le sac a été retrouvé et qu’il aurait été laissé à l’accueil lors de notre arrivée. Cela nous a étonné mais supposons que c’était un oubli de notre part. A notre retour à l’hôtel nous récupérons le sac et constatons qu’il a été fouillé et qu’il manque une carte postale qui était pourtant à l’intérieur d’une pochette dans le sac. Nous le faisons remarquer une nouvelle fois à l’accueil et comme par magie, la carte est retrouvée caché derrière le comptoir du petit déjeuner.
Ceci ne nous a pas semblé professionnel car même si nous avions possiblement oublié le sac, personne n’a cherché à qui il appartenait puis mis de côté et même fouillé.

A very good hotel
Pros:

We really liked everything about this hotel. It is right at the centre of the city with several eating and massage places nearby. The staff were extraordinary. They are very kind and professional, with good spoken English. The staff at the reception helps us in organizing day trips and a bus from Sapa to Hanoi. The hotel was very clean, including the bedroom and bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The soundproof in the room was excellent. A good shower with a nice hot water supply. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The lobby area was a bit crowded for me during breakfast time, probably because it is also used for dining

I really like that the facility is well maintained. Everything is comfortable and convenient & the staff made the overall experience even better .

Cons:

Not inside the property but outside .. gravel on the road is dangerous, accident waiting to happen.

La amabilidad del personal es excepcional, me sacaron los billetes para Fansipan y estuvieron escribiendo por WhatsApp hasta que subí en el teleférico. El desayuno normal, fruta, tostada, mermelada, yogur, huevos revueltos y fritos...
