So much to love, the location was great!! So close to the town and had food choices all around. But a special shout out to the staff. They went above and beyond!! Jenny and Xin showed so much care and help. Highly recommend this hotel!!!
Location. Its nearby small restaurants and grocery store. I can go out and buy foods easily outside.
Toilet in the room was not good during my stay.

Location was very central to the town ctr. We had the dividing rooms which were big clean and modern. Breakfast was amazing. The staff especially Autumn and Jenny were super amazingly helpful organising tours bus tickets laundry and language translations. Would love to come back

We spent 2 nights here, there were 4 of us and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are so kind and friendly and always ready to assist with our request. The location is within walking distance to the center of Sapa. We are so happy during our stay here and were always excited with their breakfast menu! It was perfect! I’d love to stay here again next time 🥰
Good location, close to City centre.
This hotel is beautiful the rooms where so big and roomy the beds where amazing. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful lots to choose from. The staff where lovely really looked after you
