Pros:

I love how clean the property was. All of staff members were friendly and helpful. The pool was in great condition as was the hot tub and sauna.

Cons:

Our key cards were continuously demagnetized, but it was a small inconvenience compared to everything that exceeded our expectations.

Great hotel staff
Pros:

I stopped for the night and the front desk staff and housekeeping were very responsive and friendly. Hotel room was clean and inviting.

Cons:

Several things were broken, from the ice machine to juice machine at breakfast. Hotel was dated and could use remodeling. And they absolutely do not trust you with pets. I understand other people have ruined it, but as a responsible pet owner I feel being ridiculed.

Very clean, great location.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The pools and rooms and lobby were filled with happy guests and also very clean! The restaurant in the parking lot has amazing food also!

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable (we had a queen) however the linen and pillows were very comfortable.

Upper Michigan snow storm
Pros:

We were traveling home from my daughters hockey game. The Roads were totally blocked and very dangerous to travel in our Mini van.
