Se fosse solo per l'accoglienza e la gentilezza varrebbe il giudizio massimo...attenzione da quattro stelle ma camera veramente piccola, seppure dotata di tutti i comfort e pulizia da migliorara.

Bellissimo weekend
Pros:

L'hotel è a 50m dal bellissimo lungomare di San Benedetto del Tronto, una struttura moderna, funzionale, molto pulita, dotata di parcheggio privato, compreso nel prezzo. Ottima l'accoglienza, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. La camera assegnataci non era grandissima, ma sicuramente accogliente, con terrazzino privato, tv e condizionatore. Bagno adeguato alla categoria, comprensivo di kit accoglienza e phon. Gli asciugamano sono stati cambiati tutti i giorni. Wi-Fi gratuito e perfettamente funzionante. Apprezzabile la possibilità di usufruire di bici per fare passeggiate sulla pista ciclabile del lungomare e arrivare al bellissimo molo, così come la disponibilità dell'ombrellone e lettini compresa nel prezzo della camera. Colazione ottima, con servizio accurato e puntuale dei camerieri in sala... espresso VERO! non all'americana... :-)
Siamo stati molto bene, peccato che la stagione è appena iniziata e non era ancora in funzione la piscina e il ristorante interno... Sicuramente torneremo!
