Close to the airport and they have an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff is so accommodating and customer service oriented. The biggest draw is their 24 hour spa and wellness center.

Le choix est titanesque avec des zones dédiées à différentes saveurs.
Le personnel est adorable et au petit soin pour vous.
La chambre est confortable, avec une belle vue sur la ville de Cebu.
L'hôtel est localisé à mi chemin entre le centre ville et l'aéroport ce qui en fait un très bon choix quand on arrive ou si on part de Cebu.
L'hôtel propose plusieurs restaurants dont un rooftop, une piscine panoramique, une zone "kids" pour les tout petits, une salle de sport et des petites boutiques.
Il y a un centre commercial à 3 minutes à pied de l'hôtel, parfait pour une petite balade de fin de journée ou pour manger à l'extérieur.
L'enregistrement et le check out se font rapidement et facilement.
Le personnel veille à ce le taxi soit aux normes avant de vous laisser partir, très bon point.
Portique de sécurité et scan des sacs/valises à l'entrée de l'hôtel.
Nous avons eu un soucis de climatisation dans notre chambre, 5 minutes après un coup de téléphone à la réception le technicien était dans notre chambre et le problème a été réglé en un rien de temps.
les parties en bois (porte, meuble) dans la salle de bain sont en mauvais état à cause de l'eau/humidité.

This marked my 1 year in cebu iv been looking for a good burger, people should have told me 1 year ago that the best burger was in bai hotel, food amazing, service spectacular, best hotel in cebu by far.
Its near major malls in the city, like sm city mall. The rooms are of a decent size, but it feels like a very commercial hotel, would be good for business travellers but not suitable for leisure travel. There is no attention to detail or hospitable nature. Wouldn’t stay there again.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bai Hotel Cebu, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the people behind it.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The reception team made check-in smooth and welcoming, immediately setting the tone for what would become a memorable stay.
I would especially like to recognize the bar staff on the ground floor—Keith, Mariam, Angeline, and Christian. Each time I stopped by the bar, they welcomed me with friendly smiles, engaging conversation, and outstanding service. They made me feel less like a guest and more like someone they genuinely cared about. Their attentiveness, positive attitudes, and sincere hospitality turned simple moments into highlights of my day.
I was also impressed by the beautiful, elegant ladies in the lobby who graciously assisted guests and guided them with kindness and efficiency. Their presence added a touch of sophistication while ensuring everyone felt valued and well taken care of.
A special thank you goes to the housekeeping team, whose dedication never went unnoticed. Returning each day to a spotless, well-organized room reflected their pride in their work and commitment to guest comfort.
It is evident that the staff at Bai Hotel Cebu are exceptionally well trained and possess a deep understanding of what premier customer service truly means. They consistently go above and beyond, creating an environment where every guest feels welcomed, respected, and appreciated.
I would also like to recognize the breakfast buffet team for their hard work in keeping the food fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented while maintaining a clean and inviting dining area throughout the morning. Their attention to detail contributed greatly to starting each day on a positive note.
Finally, my appreciation goes to the security personnel and staff who diligently ensured the safety of guests coming in and out of the hotel.
