Pros:

Staff are always kind and accommodating. My mom fell ill and had a stuffy nose.I called the duty nurse at 2am. Luckily he was awake and was kind to deliver the antj allergy meds for my mom. So my mom was sound asleep after that. Thank you, Bai.

Good quality at a fair price
Pros:

Everything was available to provide an enjoyable stay. The staff are super attentive and helpful.

Cons:

The steak grill was overpriced or you could say the quality did not match the price.

There were times where the staff’s attention was just that bit too much.

Good. Will stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast is good and offers lots of variety; however, it doesn't really change day-to-day. Therefore on a longer stay it becomes a little monotonous. Rooms are a good size and clean and well maintained.

Cons:

All good. Only slight issue when checking in the card-writer wasn't working, but this is an IT issue and so likely beyond hte control of the hotel.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was impressively clean and perfectly located, making it easy to get around. On top of that, the gym facilities were excellent and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Overall, a great experience that I would happily recommend.

Pros:

The breakfast is unbeatable, there is a nice rooftop pool… but most of all, the staff are extremely kind. I highly recommend it for a stay in Cebu.

Incredible staff!
Pros:

I resided here for a month and from the beginning the staff were so kind and accommodating, from the concierge, to breakfast crew, to the people at the Pool Bar and Twilight deck. I would name individuals that made my stay particularly special but I fear that would be a very long list!

I have no complaints regarding the room itself and the location was conveniently located just outside the city centre, away from the rush but still within commutable distance by taxi for less than £3. The hotel is opposite a small mall with a supermarket and lots of food options which was ideal.

Could not recommend this place more for your stay in Cebu!

Cons:

Food is a bit expensive compared to local prices but still quite cheap compared to what I would usually pay in the UK!
