Pros:

Everything! Pretty much all the staff was great but the lady who I check in with and gave me my key card was extremely welcoming and had a phenomenal personality!

Cons:

Bed felt too firm. That was all really.

Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast selection
Pros:

The breakfast buffet selection was exceptionally varied and tasty, but see comment below. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Cons:

At breakfast on the third and fourth morning there was only one coffee machine working plus quite cups and glasses for other drinks kept running out. Also, there were some delays in replenishing the food trays.

Overall still is one of the best in Cebu but Bai needs to keep up with maintenance
Pros:

It was my fourth time in bai hotel and it used to be my favourite hotel in the whole of Cebu. I however, have not been here for 2-3 years. The friendliness of staff and the location of course have not changed

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel seems to have fallen behind on maintenance and also seems to have downgraded their buffet.

Nettes 4 Sterne Hotel in Cebu City Centre
Pros:

Betten waren sehr fein. Frühstück sehr ausgiebig. Für jeden was dabei.
Unter Sohn war krank, wir haben einen Aufschub von 1 Stunde gratis bekommen.
Super Cocktails bei der Rooftop Bar. Bei Happy Hour auch sehr günstig.

Cons:

Pool war voll mit Styropor teilen die in der Luft rum flogen.
da kann das Hotel nicht wirklich viel dafür.
Aber auch sonst, hat die Sauberkeit beim Pool etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen.
