Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good only staff need to keep on top of supplies at the buffet table.
Location was excellent.
Décor was fitting for the property

Cons:

Safety light or strips needed on small step into bathroom.
Coat hook needed in shower for towels
The bed was right opposite the hall and main stairs. We could hear noise all night from other guests.

A lovely stay in a perfect location
Pros:

Room was gorgeous, incredibly spacious and very clean. Excellent onsite restaurant, included breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating, location close to everything you’d want, would definitely stay again.

Hairdryer unusable because no socket available near enough to a mirror
Carpets grubby
Snug armchair with big chunk out the arm
Evening meal poor quality
Underlying bad smell in bedroom
T.v.remote batteries held in place with sellotape meaning difficulty operating the t.v.
Shower floor slippy when wet

Perfect small hotel in the centre of a beautiful village with parking opposite or around the back..
Pros:

Room on top floor was lovely and particularly enjoyed the deep bath after a long day driving. We ate in the bar, sneaking into the pizza deal before 6.30pm. Breakfast was excellent too with ample portions are well presented food. Staff great - attentive and helpful.
