Perfect stay with our dog!
Pros:

Fantastic period hotel. Right in the centre and just a simple walk to shops/pubs/restaurants. All the staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and nice. Great hotel and would definitely stay again especially as we could have our dog with us

Pros:

Food is always lovely. Snug is great for chilling out. Great for dogs. Stayed there about 12 times, and it is always lovely.

A lovely place to stay.
Pros:

The central position of t.he hotel. The room and the bed was very comfortable. Lift access was good. We enjoyed all the meals we had. Good gluten free choices for my husband . All the staff were friendly..

Cons:

The bathroom was roomy but the square deep bath was not accessable for someone with arthritic knees. Very uncomfortable for anyone who was tall. You could not stretch out at all in the bath. The large shower head over the bath was good. In future visits l would request a walk-in shower.
