The clean environment
The balcony too dark, and there is no smart TV facility. If there is atleast we can watch movie and relax. Because of that we felt like we have nothing much to do. Really would suggest the smart Tv options so there is access to watch YouTube , Netflix and etc
Hotel was well maintained and clean. If you want a quiet retreat away from everything, then the location is great.
Buffet breakfast had a very good selection of items.
Staff were very friendly and efficient. There were several trainees working in various parts of the hotel. All were well supervised and very good with the customers. Special thanks to Emma, the restaurant manager, who remembered from a general chat 3 days prior, that it was our wedding anniversary, and surprised us with a cake on the actual day!
Iman was also very friendly and considerate and was keen to take time out to speak to us when it was not busy. The porters were always smiling, wishing us a good day in the mornings, and asking us how our day had been on our return.
Other than the swimming pool, all other activities were chargeable and fairly limited.
Restaurant menu was also a bit limited. Would have liked to have seen a buffet style dinner, similar to breakfast but it didn't look like many used the restaurant on weekdays. There was an additional menu but this wasn't offered to us unless we asked for it.
A handle on the outside of the bi-fold balcony doors would have been very helpful!
Far away from beaches, and a 20 min walk to a good convenience store (although a petrol station and McDonald's nearby)
But don't let these put you off from visiting what is a fabulous resort!

Spacious villa , well maintained and most importantly the private pool in the villa. Breakfast is great various foods.
Limited access to activity (eg: bike). Security needs to strengthen for customer only. And the lake needs some cleaning.
The room that I booked have porch area to park my car for easy loading and unloading.
Wish the tv upgrade to smart tv.

The toilet drainage system is blocked, causing poor water flow.
The sink, bed sheets, and towels all dirty — it’s really frustrating.
The rates are comparable to a five-star hotel, but the overall service and quality do not meet the same standard.
my villa unit toilet cannot flush, and toilet& pool lil bit dirty. please look into this. overall good. thanks.
Staff not friendly. Room there was no hand face towels, buggy service is good but get in and out from buggy bit difficult for disabled people.
Beds were comfortable and spacious. Room is big, jacuzzi was a hit with the family.
Had a little bit of a musky smell but it got better after airing the room

The lake. There's no trash insight, but the view could be truly beautiful if the water were clearer and not green-ish.
