Staff was understanding and apologetic but could not fix any of the issues.

TV didn't work
Only 1 of 3 lights in bathroom worked
No running water at room sink
Floors were dirty
Blow dryer didn't work and was melted

Could hear neighbors screaming, smoking pot, not an ideal location but it worked for 1 night.

Poor hospitality considering that’s supposed to be thier specialty

Literally everything else was terrible. Checked in and check out within 30 minutes- all of which was spent on hold with the front desk & “manager” while waiting for a solution to our BLUE tv we had in our room. Hotel staff offering no solution or accommodation, refusing to refund my money and leaving me on hold for 30 minutes left me to find another place to stay. All of this after driving 4 hours to get to the hotel.

My Stay was not good at all. The heater was not working, no coffee maker in the room.

Horrible
Cons:

The staff especially the manager. House keeping thru my dirty laundry away cause I had it in a trash bag. Hundreds of dollars and they didn't do anything about it. I attempted to look into the dumpster but it was completely covered in trash
