Do not rent list for diabetics
Pros:

I was treated fairly by staff, and he tried to accommodate me to no avail.

Cons:

I was refused a room due to being a diabetic and using a needle. No explanation or recourse, just refused a room, no refund and sent away.

Horrible! I will NEVER stay there again.

There was dirty linen on the bed. I called to request new linen and was told that I would have to go downstairs to get it due to there only being one staff member working the
overnight shift alone.

Both the refrigerator and freezer were broken, neither of them were cold.

I was told that the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing that could be done.

Hotel as expected but very disappointed with Booking.com
Pros:

Great location right next to Walmart and very reasonably priced considering the prices of Boston during the World Cup.

Cons:

Not booking it through Booking.com. I booked 2 rooms and somehow it should've been two separate bookings. After numerous phone calls etc. The 2nd room had to be paid for again and I was advised that I would get a refund for the 2nd room. I still haven't received this refund which is disgraceful. The staff at the property were great and Brice the manager has tried his best to get me my refund. I have been booking hotels through Booking.com for many years but after this experience I doubt I'll go through them again.
