1-2 nights $50 cleaning fee
3-7 nights $100 cleaning fee
8-20 nights $200 cleaning fee

• Small to medium size only to 34kg
• Certain breeds are not accepted i.e. Rottweiler, Pitbull Terrier, Bulldog, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher.
• Dogs must be on a lead in public areas at all times
• Dogs must be domesticated, quiet, toilet trained and must not exceed 34kg or 7lb weight limit
• Limit one dog per room and must not be left unattended at any time
• Rooms are limited, once booking is made please contact to confirm
• Any damages incurred during your pet stay will be charged accordingly

Limited car parking available, bookings essential, fees apply. The apartments are serviced on a weekly basis. Credit cards incur a merchant service fee in addition to the total amount payable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

The location was great. The apartment was very roomy with a large balcony. TV was large and smart. Furniture was comfy, room for writing desk and a large bathroom.

Just dissspointed with bathroom situation, otherwise would have rated better.
Pros:

Location. Quiet rooms.

Cons:

Stayed in room with disabled access- the shower completely flooded after 30 seconds. The only way to stop spread of water was to put towels down to create a barrier. By day 6 we had a huge mound of wet full sized towels around shower area. Not something I expected for money paid per night.

the staff gave us a warm welcome and the apartment was the best we have stayed in for a long time.
Pros:

the layout of the apartment was spacious and well maintained. The whole place was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was in the local area that we needed to be, and the underground parking was perfect.

Cons:

cannot find fault in anything.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay, great value for money.
Pros:

Close to the hospital, and had everything we needed very close by. Very spacious and had all the appliances we needed and more. Very clean, friendly helpful staff.

Great place to stay - Comfortable and clean - great facilities
Pros:

Location, excellent new facilities, clean and tidy, extra tea towels, vacuum cleaner, extra cleaning and washing liquids and powders

Cons:

The apartment I had did not have a view, the view was of the Bunnings side wall and storm water pipe however it was the cheaper unit which the accommodation made up of the lack of view- however it was private and you could open up the windows to let in fresh air -
