• Small to medium size only to 34kg
• Certain breeds not accepted i.e. Rottweiler, Pitbull Terrier, Bulldog, Doberman Pinscher
• Dogs must be on a lead in public areas at all times
• Dogs must be domesticated, quiet, toilet trained and must not exceed 34kg or 7lb weight limit
• Limit one dog per room and must not be left unattended at any time
• Rooms are limited, once booking is made please contact to confirm
• Any damages incurred during your pet stay will be charged accordingly

Clean, spacious and with friendly staff.
Pros:

Clean and spacious, with a reception desk that was open until 9 pm on weekdays.

Cons:

The environment was a bit barren. It served our purpose, but there were few restaurants, cafes or markets to buy meals, coffee or supplies.

We had a lovely stay at the Palms Apartment during festival season. Great location. Lovely staff.
Pros:

Apartment was spotlessly clean; I was in the room with the king bed and it was very comfortable. All the staff we met were lovely and professional--from the desk staff to the cleaning staff. Great location for festival season or to walk into the center of town (which took about 10 minutes). We were really close to the gorgeous botanical gardens, which we visited daily. I would certainly book here again--in fact, we're planning to come again next year. Womadelaide, the fringe festival, the Adelaide Festival, the Adelaide Biennale, Winery Tours. And the people! So delightful and relaxed. We were in Adelaide for two weeks and going to events every night. We saw not one bit of drunken stupidity. There was always a volunteer around to help. There were no rules and the "security staff" were had jackets marked "crowd care" and "crowd usher," which pretty much summed up our Adelaide experience. Joyful and chill. I can't believe it's taken me this long to visit Adelaide and I can't wait to go back.

Cons:

My sister was in the room with the two beds pressed together and the beds were too soft for her. Really the only thing that flummoxed me was the lack of coat hangers. We had to go out and buy more. But I'd do that again to stay in this great location.

The bed was good the only problem was it was a disabled bathroom which flooded every time we showered. Next time we will make sure we don't get that room Kitchen was well aquept you need to put more soap in the bathroom for 4 people for 5 days. great location great restraints close by , great pub, great food

For the size of the bathroom it was badly planned out. With the amount of space there should have been a separate shower and bath.
Apart from 1 staff member the staff were disinterested in us when we walked through the foyer they didnt bother acknowledging us and when we said Hi they rarely replied

Pros:

Location was great for what we were doing. Was excellent having undercover secure parking. Apartment was very comfortable.

Cons:

Not great to have shower over bath, especially with not anti slip mat. Bathroom was big enough for a separate shower.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at Palm Apartment Adelaide. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond by allowing us both an early check-in and a late check-out which made our travel schedule so much easier.

The apartment is very convenient and felt very safe. Having a washing machine in the unit was a huge help and the secure garage parking provided great peace of mind. It’s a well-maintained and hassle-free place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service"
