1-2 nights $50 cleaning fee
3-7 nights $100 cleaning fee
8-20 nights $200 cleaning fee

• Small to medium size only to 34kg
• Certain breeds are not accepted i.e. Rottweiler, Pitbull Terrier, Bulldog, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher.
• Dogs must be on a lead in public areas at all times
• Dogs must be domesticated, quiet, toilet trained and must not exceed 34kg or 7lb weight limit
• Limit one dog per room and must not be left unattended at any time
• Rooms are limited, once booking is made please contact to confirm
• Any damages incurred during your pet stay will be charged accordingly

Credit cards incur a merchant service fee in addition to the total amount payable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Will definitely stay here again. Great central location.
Pros:

The amenities and location were perfect. Had everything we needed and close to the city.

Cons:

A slight issue getting the key out of the lock box. Mentioned to staff and assured it will be remedied. Staff were very easy and helpful to deal with.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay close to the CBD with some great dining nearby e.g BIBO Italian
Pros:

Great location, friendly and efficient reception team. the upgrade apartment room given had every thing needed for self dining, cloth washing. very spacious with beautiful views to the north eastern suburbs of Adelaide. Good and secure on site car parking

Cons:

Perhaps the only letdown was the lack of airflow in the large comfortable bedroom with the reversecycle unit located in the kitchen dining, TV viewing area and without a window that opened trapped air rather than circulating it.

Great location. Great staff. Needs to me taken care of more. Maybe new sofas and the smell get rid

We were happy enough.
Pros:

The staff were very apologetic about the incident upon arriving. The location was good.

Cons:

The staff were very apologetic because we arrived late and we were given the key code BUT the key would not drop down!! Which we were not aware of so we had to call the emergency number at 11pm only to be told someone would call us back so that wasn't idea given the time of night. Anyway, eventually someone called back only to be told we had to bash the key box so the key would drop down. Very unprofessional and not safe. If I was by myself this would have been a manager panic situation. Something has to be down about that; there were other people hanging around it was not safe.

The shower leaked on to the floor, it was messy. Screen needs to be fixed.
