1-2 nights $50 cleaning fee
3-7 nights $100 cleaning fee

• Small to medium size only to 34kg
• Certain breeds are not accepted i.e. Rottweiler, Pitbull Terrier, Bulldog, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher.
• Dogs must be on a lead in public areas at all times
• Dogs must be domesticated, quiet, toilet trained and must not exceed 34kg or 7lb weight limit
• Limit one dog per room and must not be left unattended at any time
• Rooms are limited, once booking is made please contact to confirm
• Any damages incurred during your pet stay will be charged accordingly

Credit cards incur a merchant service fee in addition to the total amount payable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Clean. Really excellent quiet location. Hidden undisclosed costs for pets and parking.
Pros:

Great location, pet friendly, clean, quiet, close to cafes and short walk across the parklands to eating places in Rundle Street/East Terrace. Handy parking (extra cost)

Cons:

Very strong smell of febreeze. No TV in the bedroom. Extra $100 to have our pet there which wasn’t part of the nightly rate and not disclosed until after booking and paying. Either was the parking cost. Made it an extra $160 paid directly to the property.

Overall ok, but could be cleaner.
Pros:

Location is excellent, near to parklands and the CBD.

Cons:

Thete is an over powering scent from air freshener plugins that was too much.
There is a small closed in courtyard for pets to access however there is no green areas close by. The nearest park is the parklands which is accessed by crossing the busy main road.

We feel that we got excellent value for our money.
Pros:

It was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The rooms were quite spacious and very suitable for our needs. The location was great, and the staff were very friendly. We arrived later than expected because of a cancelled flight and changes to our check in were made and it worked seamlessly.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that we weren’t happy with.

Highly recommended clean comfortable pet friendly accommodation

This stay exceeded our expectations. From booking to checkout everything was great.

Ava at the front desk was an absolute angel helping me arrange the stay for us and our dogs. She was so friendly and professional, a huge asset to this business. (Thank you Ava!)
The room was spotless apon arrival so the cleaning staff obviously do a great job too.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and whilst we only used the apartment to sleep it was fully self contained with a kitchen and washing machine. The bathroom was modern and easy to access and the little courtyard was lovely for coffee. The bed was very comfortable and pillows plump and soft.
I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be using them in the future

Pros:

The location was great. The apartment was very roomy with a large balcony. TV was large and smart. Furniture was comfy, room for writing desk and a large bathroom.
