• Certain breeds not accepted i.e. Rottweiler, Pitbull Terrier, Bulldog, Doberman Pinscher
• Dogs must be on a lead in public areas at all times
• Dogs must be domesticated, quiet, toilet trained and must not exceed 34kg or 7lb weight limit
• Limit one dog per room and must not be left unattended at any time
• Rooms are limited, once booking is made please contact to confirm
• Any damages incurred during your pet stay will be charged accordingly

Location was great for what we were doing. Was excellent having undercover secure parking. Apartment was very comfortable.

Cons:

Not great to have shower over bath, especially with not anti slip mat. Bathroom was big enough for a separate shower.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at Palm Apartment Adelaide. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond by allowing us both an early check-in and a late check-out which made our travel schedule so much easier.

The apartment is very convenient and felt very safe. Having a washing machine in the unit was a huge help and the secure garage parking provided great peace of mind. It’s a well-maintained and hassle-free place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service"

The Location

Our Apartment #201 - is dwarfed by the massive electrical transformer directly outside. We were looking forward to relaxing on the balcony - but as you can see from the photos - it was not appealing at all. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT.
- the photos online are deceiving - not nearly as roomy as I anticipated - meant to be 70m2 - that’s all in the corridor
- there is no wardrobe in the Main Bedroom - just a hanging rack
- there is nowhere in either bathroom to put your toiletries - just a very small single sink with below sink cupboard - again check out the photos - no where to put your toiletry bag/hair dryer/ anything
- the clothes dryer does not work
- we did not book a car park as we didn’t think we would need one. After arrival - we decided to hire a car as the apartment is a decent walk from town and it was 40 plus degrees both days - but there was no car park available. So obviously limited number of parks available to guests.
- toiletries ie shampoo & conditioner and body wash - were tiny - if staying for more than one night - bring your own

Exceptionally clean and well located comfortable unit.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. The foyer,lift, hallways, car park and our room were all well presented and very clean. Close proximity to the CBD either by catching a bus at a nearby bus stop or walking. Cafes and hotel also within 200 metres.

Cons:

The combination washer/dryer presented some issues but the friendly staff assisted us.

Pros:

Great location. Easy booking..comfy beds and seating. Very clean. On site secure parking. Staff were extremely polite. Great pub on the next corner and Cafe next door. Bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious

Cons:

Super hot weekend. Fans are supplied for bedrooms but but had really short cords. Would have bought an extension if staying longer. Paying for on-site dedicated parking..got back late one night to find no parks except a small car" one. Squeezed in..but annoying. Perhaps a dedicated park bay number would help. Not a lot of shelf space in bathrooms

Dissappointing. Location is smack bang in an industrial waste land. Won't be doing this again.
Pros:

This is a tough one to answer. Our view was of a wall in an alley. The room was not serviced. The bed was hard. The reception staff seem to be able to anticipate when we need assistance, and choose that time to leave the desk.

Cons:

see above. It really doesn't stack up to what one would reasonably expect from a proper hotel. Our mistake, next time we will stay at the Hilton.
