It was coffee and muffins.

Cons:

Refused my booking because of blacklisted from the one across the street. They called over there and they refused my booking. Full refund requested.

Place was ok staff needs to be replaced.
Pros:

They refused to rebook my room based on the manager said I was rude? And she blacklisted me so I cannot book at any hotel in there chain. I want a full refund!!! She sounded so crazy!

Great stay
Pros:

Debby was extremely helpful and rest of the were great also. Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Debby went out of her way to ensure that i was happy and taken care of.

I have no complaints at all.
