Mangelhafter Service: Unangekündigtes Betreten des Zimmers und schlechte Kommunikation bezüglich der Bezahlung.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen praktischen Self-Check-in organisiert. Der Manager hat den Schlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox hinterlassen und den Code per WhatsApp geschickt, was aufgrund meiner späten Ankunft sehr passend war. Das Zimmer war sauber, und das Personal hat auf Anfrage das nötige Geschirr zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

А Verletzung der Privatsphäre: Um 10:00 Uhr morgens öffnete eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels mit ihrem Zweitschlüssel meine Zimmertür, ohne anzuklopfen oder um Erlaubnis zu bitten, während ich noch im Bett lag. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und hat mich sehr erschreckt.
2. Fehlendes Personal: Beim Check-out war niemand an der Rezeption. Ich hatte keine Möglichkeit, die Rechnung vor Ort zu begleichen oder den Zimmerschlüssel persönlich abzugeben.
3. Unangemessene Kommunikation: Statt einer Entschuldigung für das Eindringen am Morgen erhielt ich später eine Nachricht per WhatsApp mit der Frage, warum ich nicht bezahlt hätte. Das Hotel hat nicht für die Anwesenheit eines Administrators gesorgt, verlangte aber sofortige Klärung. Ich habe den Betrag schließlich per Banküberweisung beglichen, aber der Service war sehr enttäuschend.

El hotel estaba cerrado cuando llegué.

Cons:

El hotel estaba cerrado cuando llegué،a la 1:00 de la madrugada. Pasé la noche en la entrada del hotel sentado en una silla a cuatro grados . No contestaban al teléfono. No había nadie en la recepción Y avisé de que iva a llegar tarde.

Check In bis 23:00 Uhr, unsere Ankunft Gegen 21:00 Uhr!
"Leider kein Zimmer frei", bekommt man bei Ankunft gesagt, obwohl die Buchnung schon am 19.08.2025 bestätigt wurde.
Es liegen seit Buchung Email-Adresse, sowie Telefonnummer vor, aber keinerlei Info, auch kein alternativ Angebot gibt es!
In keinster Art und Weise empfehlungswert !
