El hotel estaba cerrado cuando llegué.

Cons:

El hotel estaba cerrado cuando llegué،a la 1:00 de la madrugada. Pasé la noche en la entrada del hotel sentado en una silla a cuatro grados . No contestaban al teléfono. No había nadie en la recepción Y avisé de que iva a llegar tarde.

Check In bis 23:00 Uhr, unsere Ankunft Gegen 21:00 Uhr!
"Leider kein Zimmer frei", bekommt man bei Ankunft gesagt, obwohl die Buchnung schon am 19.08.2025 bestätigt wurde.
Es liegen seit Buchung Email-Adresse, sowie Telefonnummer vor, aber keinerlei Info, auch kein alternativ Angebot gibt es!
In keinster Art und Weise empfehlungswert !

Das Zimmer hatte KEIN FENSTER. Es war unmöglich, dort einzuschlafen. Es war schmutzig, sogar das Kopfkissen war schmutzig. Im Zimmer waren Silberfischchen sowie Spinnen. Zwei Nächte waren bereits bezahlt. Nach der ersten schlaflosen Nacht wollte ich die 2. Nacht stornieren, aber nicht mal um 8 Uhr morgens war die Rezeption besetzt.

Habe dann das Hotel verlassen, ohne die 2. Nacht dort in Anspruch zu nehmen. Per Mail habe ich eine Bitte um Rückerstattung der 2. Nacht gesendet, und keinerlei Antwort erhalten.

Absolutes Horror Erlebnis des Hotels und des Managements. Zahlt 5€ mehr und geht zum nächsten Hotel. Glaubt mir,

HORROR HOTEL MIT MISERABLEM MANAGMENT!!!

1. Fenster undicht.
2. Eiskalt
3. Heizung geht nicht
4. Es wird eine Mini Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt. Das absolut nicht ausreichend ist.
5. Und bei weiteren Fragen der Kunde ignoriert.
6. An der Straße mit den Fenstern, Laut
7. dreckig.
8. Spinnweben
9. Staub überall
10. Wasser eher warm als heiß
11. trotz Nachfrage keine Zusatz Bettdecken
12. bei -3 grad draußen Sommer Bettdecken dünn wie Papier.
13. wegen Beschwerden 10‘mal angerufen aber weder eine reception, noch geht einer and Telefon obwohl es für andere, wahrscheinlich neue Kunden die Verbindung minutenlang besetz war
14. am nächsten Tag beschwer man sich und es wird mit dem Hausrecht und Polizei gedroht.
15. Dusche mit tesaband repariert.
16. Lebensgefahr, Steckdosen haben keine Abdeckung
17. andere Gast vor mir hatte auch schimpfend das Objekt verlassen.

Die anderen Kleinigkeiten ist es mir zu mühsam mehr zu schreiben.

Very bad experience, I don’t recommend staying here
