Ameen, Andreia, and Bruna were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The apartment is very well managed and truly lives up to its name as a "Luxury Apartment." A special thanks to Andreia, who went above and beyond to resolve an issue we had with a tour operator, ensuring it was handled promptly and to our complete satisfaction. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and professionally managed accommodation.

It was easy access… close to all types of restaurants.

Quarto excelente! Hotel maravilhoso! Ficamos em 2 adultos e 2 crianças (7e11a) ficamos super bem acomodados, as crianças dormiram em sofá cama, porém muito confortável e grande.
Hotel cheiroso, super limpo, cara de novo, ótima localização e com elevador grande, super silencioso com janelas anti-ruído. Com certeza voltaríamos mais vezes.

My family and I had a wonderful visit at this hotel. It felt like we were staying in a high end hotel right in the best part of town. An excellent value for my family of four and the staff was exceptional.

Excellent place to stay. A must

The flat was very clean and spacious, with high ceilings and practical, cosy furniture. It's easy to keep the flat dark for sleeping and the windows are well soundproofed. It's in a really central spot, so you can do loads on foot. The staff were all really friendly. It's great to meet real people when you check in. I'd book it again and recommend it to my friends. I couldn't find any downsides. I've been on loads of city breaks. This apartment is definitely one of the best.

Das Zimmer war sauber, sehr geräumig, hatte hohe Decken und war sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Man konnte den Raum auch sehr gut abdunkeln und die Fenster waren schallisoliert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage war perfekt und man konnte vieles zu Fuß unternehmen. Wir würden dieses Apartment wieder buchen und auch unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful place to stay. Clean, quiet, and well-kept. The front desk staff was very helpful. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and without us even asking, we received a cake—which was a truly unique and special surprise for us. The location is exceptionally good, just a few steps from restaurants and the shopping street. Public transportation is also very close by. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

We recently stayed at Villa Baixa and had an outstanding experience. The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of Lisbon, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service.

A special thank you goes to Andreia Andorinha, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Before we even arrived, we had difficulty finding the hotel, and Andreia personally walked to Rossio Square to meet us and help us back with our luggage. That level of care immediately made us feel welcome.

Throughout our stay, she provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and local attractions, helping us make the most of our time in Lisbon. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on ensuring we had a great experience.

The most impressive example of her dedication came on the morning of our departure. We had a very early flight and needed transportation at 3:45 a.m. Due to a holiday and road closures, we had to walk several blocks to the pickup location with our luggage. Despite the hour, Andreia offered to help us carry our bags to the meeting point. Although we did not need the assistance, the fact that she offered speaks volumes about her commitment to guest service.

Employees like Andreia are rare, and she is a tremendous asset to Villa Baixa. She genuinely made a difference in our stay, and because of her hospitality, we would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend Villa Baixa to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Great studio and staff went above and beyond. We were helped with bookings for attractions and staff gave me a Birthday cake and cherry liquer - I don't even remember telling them it was my birthday!
