Amazing accommodations, once the construction is over.

Great location. We got the penthouse room and the balcony overlooking Lisbon was phenomenal.
Large apartment, clean and nicely equipped. The staff, especially Andreia, were amazing. Helpful, polite, friendly. This hotel is, for the most part, a 10. Except for the comment I make under "what didn't you like", I would absolutely stay again here every time I'd visit Lisbon. I will still do it but first, I’d check.

A very big red flag: there is construction in the adjacent building. It's been going on for quite some time, and, clearly, will continue for a while.
You should check if it's over before booking.
Good news: no noise at all before 8am or after 7pm, nor over the weekend. But, during the day, we could not stay in the apartment at all. Andreia was very understanding and offered to move us to another floor - we concluded that it would not make much of a difference. As I said above, clearly this is a hotel that is to be considered when visiting Lisbon, once the construction is over.

Schöner Aufenthalt leider mit Baustelle

Leider war direkt nebenan eine Baustelle und der Krach war von morgens um 7 bis abends um 20Uhr zu hören ... dies wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt

Super zentral, saubere und schöne Wohnung
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, gratis wasser und pasteis. Mitten im Baixa Quartier.

Cons:

Es war lärmig von der Strasse her (wir waren im 2. Stockwerk), die Trams und Leute haben wir schon sehr gut gehört. Zudem hatte es nebenan eine Baustelle, welche sehr früh mit arbeiten begonnen haben.
