Cons:

The only piece of advice I would give is to invest in better hair dryers. They did offer a second hair dryer but it cut out also. I don’t know what a room would do if there was more than one person who needed to dry their hair.

The perfect place to spend 3 days in Lisbon .
Pros:

Everything ! Comfy, beautifully furnished one bedroom apartment on Santa Justa walking access to everywhere we wanted to experience in Lisbon .Easy walk to the river for 2 ladies in our seventies .
Easy access to trams and loads of restaurants .
Luggage storage before and after check I / out was a big plus .
Excellent helpful staff . Ameen’s wonderful generous advice was a huge blessing.

Cons:

We loved everything about it .

Pros:

The staff is awesome and the location is great if you are interested in knowing downtown and exploring the city... Just walked and used public transport and 5 days were not enough. I'll be coming back.

Cons:

Well, the city has too much construction going on... But it didn't get in the way.

Ameen, Andreia, and Bruna were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The apartment is very well managed and truly lives up to its name as a "Luxury Apartment." A special thanks to Andreia, who went above and beyond to resolve an issue we had with a tour operator, ensuring it was handled promptly and to our complete satisfaction. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and professionally managed accommodation.

Perfeito! Novo, limpo, ótima localização, pretendemos voltar!

Quarto excelente! Hotel maravilhoso! Ficamos em 2 adultos e 2 crianças (7e11a) ficamos super bem acomodados, as crianças dormiram em sofá cama, porém muito confortável e grande.
Hotel cheiroso, super limpo, cara de novo, ótima localização e com elevador grande, super silencioso com janelas anti-ruído. Com certeza voltaríamos mais vezes.

Cons:

A limpeza é feita dia sim/dia não. Poderia ser todos os dias. Mas nada que tenha atrapalhado.
