Pros:

Room and facilities were excellent. Cleanliness was good.

Cons:

Food items were not up to the mark, It must be improved, Price is little bit high but food items were not tasty, Fooding was of low standard and it must be improved.

Staffs behaviour are disaster....there is cockroaches and mosquitoes in room....No service...there is not any phn in room for room service.. they said that boys will come timingly for room service...but no one came...we lived in 4th floor...and there is one baby of 1 yr with us...it is not possible for us to go down again nd again for room service...I had booked this hotel for 24th dec and check out 25th dec, one of the staff said that "apne aaj(24th Dec) booking ki hai, aaj koi service nhi milegi, kl se milegi"...plz is hotel me koi v mt aaiye...
