The property is a little run down for a 4-star hotel. There were small ants on the table next to the closet even though we didn’t have any food in the room. The bathroom had a small sink where they provided a handful of travel toothbrush/toothpaste sets but no soap. When I asked the front desk for some soap, they gave me a bottle of hand soap that was 3/4 empty and shared between the staff. What kind of hotel doesn’t even provide soap for the bathroom sink? Surely even a bar of soap doesn’t cost much..

Good quiet out of the way stay
Pros:

Good clean hotel. Staff are friendly and willing to please. Staff have basic understanding of English.

The hotel is a bit out of the way but ride sharing is affordable and frequent using bolt or grab

Had power out on last night. Staff quickly got a backup generator going and fault was fixed very quickly.

There was no restaurant on site despite there being one on website. Recommend going to Tang Toh cafe restaurant which is about 150m walk away.

My family travels quite often and i would rate it no higher than a 3 star. It is listed to have a restaurant and laundry service, which they dont have
The room booklet is still from the 1980s.

Zimmer sind naja den Umständen entsprechend. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Ab 6-7 Uhr ist schon Bewegung auf dem Gang, so das der Schlaf schon vorbei ist, also sehr hellhörig.

- Pictures look deceiving
- The Italian shower is made in a way that it will flood the entire apartment, not only the bathroom
- The “gym” if we can call it a gym, is pathetic.
- Really rude staff.
Should clearly not be referenced as an Expedia listing. Does not meet a standard of a budget hotel. Especially when it comes to customer service.

Pool Access!
Pros:

If "close to the beach" isn't your focus, this hotel is highly recommended. It's location is superb i.e. 10-mins driving to Chalong bay for seafood restaurants, and 5-mins to historical temple. Definitely, having pool access to is good for family member. Value for money!
