The shower was clean

We we arrived the front desk clerk was getting into it with a customer. His things were locked in the room & he wasn't able to get in for 24hrs. The desk clerk ended up calling the police. During check in...I was told to pay $20 deposit on top of the $64 i already paid for the room. Studio 6 then charged me the $20 after I was only there to for a few hours & left the place almost exactly how we received it. I tried to call studio 6 &was told to call the manager in the morning. When I called the next day the refuse to answer my call.
