Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Reservations made by a third party are not allowed.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

EXCELLENT LOCATION. NOT VERY EXCEPTION HOTEL BUILD-UP, BUT GOOD FOR A SHORT STAY.
Pros:

Poor breakfast staff. No smile. No friendliness. They just work, but don't know about hospitality.

The building is so complex. Took about two days to figure out how to manoeuvre and reach the hotel. The thing is that the hotel is on the 3rd floor of a business building, so reaching up, then going up to the rooms, is so very difficult. It's complicated :) Imagine losing your way for the first two days.
Later, by muscle memory, it became a practice, and we were able to find our way around.

They say they give a garden, but it is nothing but a green plastic carpet meant to replicate grass.

Nothing to see around. But it is cool in the evenings. We didn't use the grass garden verandah even once during our 5-day stay.

Overall, a fantastic location. Nearby were every eatery, bar, and other shopping. Nice area to stay. in.

Cons:

The reception / the restaurant were next to each other. One can see into the restaurant as soon as one enters.

Cheapest food options. I hope everyone got a little of "their own taste", like, there was something for the Chinese, Indians, and Locals. No one is friendly at breakfast. The refill too is toooo slow, or, if you come late, you will miss some dishes.

EXCELLENT LOCATION. That's all. But being Cameron, it is alright.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt
Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadania (kuchnia kontynentalna i Azjatycka, duży wybór), pokój był przestronny, wygodny i czysty. Dobra lokalizacja - blisko upraw herbaty, punktów widokowych, duży wybór barów i restauracji w pobliżu.

两窝室的家庭套房很不错。美中不足就是早餐太差。
Pros:

前台服务人员很热情，尤其在接待我们的男经理带我们看了好几种不同类型的房子供我们选择。

Cons:

早餐太单一！ 煎蛋，面包，白粥和椰浆饭，就没啥吃的啦，问题是都不好吃。唯有现磨咖啡不错！

Short detour to Cameron highlands
Pros:

Room was spacious and the breakfast was reasonably good

Cons:

It's located over a shopping area and reception is a few levels up and we found it difficult quite difficult to find the access to reception.
White the room was spacious, almost too big it just was not as comfortable as we expected.

Worth for money
Pros:

Marvellous value for money. Spacious room, can fit about 6 people. Really enjoyed. So fun. We love to repeat. Shop, mall and all near. Weather super cold.

Cons:

At first hard to find the entrance. U need to go basement under the mall to reach the lobby Hotel. The balcony was something we could not enjoyed due to rain, shud have put a big umbrella. Both days raining

Great place to stay to visit Cameron Highlands
Pros:

Centrally located, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, room comfortable with fans (no A/C but not needed here, bring a jumper!)

Cons:

Location of front entrance not clear to taxi, can access via shopping centre escalator or lift near restaurants.

Ok stay in central location.
Pros:

Location really good.
Very big room with some outdoor space.
The staff on reception were very helpful and communicative.

Cons:

Bathroom was very tired with a lot of mould on tiles.
Hot water ran out very quickly.
Breakfast was average. Staff were unhelpful and the breakfast area hadn't been properly cleaned up from the night before.
The hotel is in a mall and not very well signposted. There's only 2 lifts so you can be waiting a long time to get to reception and/or your room.
No a/c in room so can get very warm and stuffy.
