Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Reservations made by a third party are not allowed.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great stay in an amazing hotel with nice employees.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the middle of Taman Ratah and above a small mall. It is very convenient to reach any location from there. The room was great, it was a huge flat with all what you need. It was very confortable. No air-conditionned but fan. It is normal as the temperature in Cameron Highlands is not high. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food ( local and internationnal. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The wifi was sometimes weak in some part of the flat.

الفندق قريب من كل شي تقريبا، يوجد في الادوار السفلى من الفندق محلات تجارية، بقاله ، كافيه، حلاق، مغسلة ملابس، وبنوك، كل شي تقريبا موجود وبالقرب منه متنزه بسيط وجميل للاطفال (مشي 8 دقائق)

احيانا ريحة المطاعم الي تحت توصل الغرف اذا فتحت النوافذ، بوفيه الافطار لايوجد فيه اكل عربي، اغلب الاطباق محلية

Cons:

Le ménage n’est vraiment pas bien fait. Ce n’est pas très propre. Les équipements de la salle de sport étaient presque tous cassés ou hors service. L’immeuble et les couloirs de l’hôtel ne sont vraiment pas accueillants.

No es un cuatro estrellas, la habitacion esta fatal aislada hasta tal punto que la humedad te empapa la ropa dentro de las maletas! el olor a himedo y rancio es muy desagradable por suerte solo pasamos dos noches

كانت إقامتنا في فندق أفيليون مرتفعات كاميرون رائعة بكل المقاييس. الفندق يتميز بموقع جميل وسط الطبيعة والأجواء الباردة، والغرف نظيفة ومريحة ومجهزة بشكل ممتاز.

كل الشكر والتقدير لجميع العاملين على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام والابتسامة الدائمة، فقد كانوا متعاونين وودودين طوال فترة إقامتنا، مما جعلنا نشعر وكأننا في منزلنا.

كما أن مرافق الفندق مميزة، والأجواء هادئة ومناسبة للعائلات، والإطلالات الساحرة على المرتفعات تضيف تجربة لا تُنسى.

أشكر إدارة الفندق وجميع الموظفين على احترافيتهم، وبإذن الله ستكون لنا زيارة أخرى في المستقبل. أنصح بشدة بالإقامة في هذا الفندق لكل من يزور مرتفعات كاميرون

Great value in excellent location to explore Cameron Highlands
Pros:

Great location - close to Tahan Ratah bus terminal and range of eateries. Our twin bedroom suite was super clean, spacious and comfortable. We had replacement small water bottles each day plus new towels. Buffet breakfast was generous with range of western and eastern options. Staff super helpful although English a bit limited.

Cons:

Minor item only - Great to gave a sink to wash our cups/glasses after evening drinks but no detergent or towel to dry things.

Nice spacious rooms but location was not that great.
Pros:

Looks like new hotel, or at least well maintained. Interconnected spacious 2 rooms via the living room.

Cons:

Location and accessibility. No information beforehand on how to get to the check-in reception (3rd floor on top of small shopping area).

The hotel is at a convenient location. The rooms are large and clean. The staff a wonderful lot.
Pros:

Room big and clean

Cons:

Breakfast spread could be better. My suggestion is to gave a chef to cook the noodles instead of letting the patrons doing it themselves. This will ensure quality in the food.

Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay, we enjoy the cool weather 🌦️ 👍
Pros:

The unit that we stayed is big and spacious and can accommodate 5 pax actually, its comfortable and clean and the location is ideal with ample parking and eateries nearby

Cons:

The floor is a bit dusty though and the pillows too soft for my liking but the staff was very accommodating and change to a hard latex pillow for us, excellent service.
