From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

Convenient location, Great room options, Bad housekeeping.
Pros:

The location of the property was very convenient, with essential shops and restaurants nearby. We were able to reach different attractions as they were located not too far from the property. We stayed in the Suite which was a small apartment style. 2 rooms and a living room with amenities such as kettle, fridge, and even hair dryer, a perfect choice for small groups. We especially enjoyed the breakfast served at Dawn Cafe which served as the property’s restaurant. A plus point for those who want to try local dishes as they are served alongside the usual continental options (picture attached). Check-in was smooth with no delays and free reserved parking as well for those who are travelling by their own vehicles.

Cons:

We had booked a 2 room suite with 1 Large bed and 2 single beds as we were a group of 4. However, we had realized we were given the wrong room, 2 Large beds option. The issue with this is that we were charged a difference of an extra RM200 just for the single bed options instead of 2 large beds. As we had already settled in we did not raise this issue as we were travelling with senior citizens who would find it difficult to change to another room after a long journey. I would suggest front office staff to properly check reservations before assigning rooms to guests. Housekeeping needs a major improvement, one of the toilets had amenities that had animal droppings on it which wasn’t changed even after housekeeping had come to clean the place on day 2 (picture attached). The extra door lock is supposed to provide security but that itself was broken and wouldn’t latch (picture attached). The place was very dusty when we first walked in as if the place hadn’t been sweeped in a long time.

Bon rapport qualité prix mais moisissures et ménage pas terrible

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top ainsi que le personnel. Les chambres sont belles !

Cons:

Nous avons demandés à changer de chambre car il y avait énormément de moisissures partout et l'odeur de cette moisissure était beaucoup trop forte.
Dans la deuxième chambre, c'était beaucoup mieux, même si dans la salle de bain, il y en avait encore beaucoup, tellement que la porte était rongée par ça mais c'était beaucoup mieux. Par contre côté ménage, c'est pas çà, des touffes de cheveux dans la douche et sur le sol de la salle de bain, des poils, etc...

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Leider hat es in unserem Zimmer geschimmelt, vor allem in der Dusche und im Waschbecken.
Die Rezeptionistin war sehr bemüht und hat uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben, sichtlich war das nicht die erste Beschwerde. leider war aber auch in diesem Badezimmer der Hebel bei der Dusche defekt und die Toilette war undicht, sodass das halbe Bad unter Wasser stand.
Die Gänge sind ebenfalls nicht sauber gehalten. Es ist extrem hellhörig, ohne Ohropax konnte man nicht schlafen.
Das Frühstück war nicht für Europäer ausgelegt, was verständlich ist da das Hauptklientel Asiaten sind, jedoch war die Qualität und das Service der Speisen nicht passend zum Preis. Die Wärmebehälter waren ständig offen, das Wasser lauwarm, keine sauberen Tassen..

Pros:

Está cerca de la estacíón de sutobuses, encima de un cenyro comercial.
La habitación era enorme y confortable, aunque tenís un olor un poco extraño, como a desinfectante o sngiinsevtos. Tienen mosquitera.
Desayuno bueno y también cenamos muy bien dos noches en el hotel con un menú de previo cerrado. Mejor que a la carta.
