From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

Pros:

La colazione a buffet molto varia e soprattutto buona. Le camere ampie e spaziose e letto comodo. Posizione centrale a pochi passi da tutto.

Cons:

Da rivedere la pulizia in generale e da rivedere alcuni arredi interni alle camere che sembrano un po' datatii. Ferro da stiro presente ma inutilizzabile. Inoltre in camera è presente un profumatore che fa un sacco di rumore e disturba il sonno.

J’avais un peu peur en lisant les avis, mais nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cet hôtel en plein centre ville. La vue est sympa sur les montagnes. Notre suite était propre, très bien équipée et très spacieuse. À proximité de tout

Sorprendre las instalaciones teniendo en cuenta las expectativas desde el exterior. Buena ubicación. Alternativas de restauración. Habitaciones grandes. Y sobretodo el desayuno, tanto por calidad como especialmente cantidad.

Cons:

Por lo que hemos podido ver, igual que ocurre en todo el país en general, digamos que no se invierte demasiado en el mantenimiento y limpieza. Por ejemplo, uno de los baños perdía bastante agua y totalmente normalizado para ellos.

Colazione molto varia e appartamento nel complesso grande.
Posizione vicino alla stazione del bus.

Cons:

la stanza era un po' umida, magari basterebbe un deumidificatore all'interno.
Abbiamo chiesto gli asciugamani ma ci è stato dato solo quello per la doccia.

Bilik luas dan selesa sgt. Breakfast pun sedap dan byk pilihan.

Cons:

Sabun mandi tak refill sehari sebelum checkout walaupun dah tekan button clean up. Sabun mmg habis terus 2 hr sblm tu. Stay 5 hari 4 mlm tp mcm xbyk sabun mandi dh masa check in tu.
