From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Reservations made by a third party are not allowed.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Excellent location near with eateries, easy parking, comfortable bed, cool lighting set up in every room

Cons:

Master bedroom don’t have fan , a bit hot fully dependent on windows open but concern on safety also. Require deposit (refundable) prior check in. Delicious but limited breakfast choices.
