From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Avillion Cameron Highlands. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a good variety of choices.

I also requested a baby cot, and it was provided free of charge, which was very helpful for our family. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cameron Highlands.

Belle hôtel et bien situé
Pros:

Emplacement très bien, il y a des restaurants juste en bas de l’hôtel, le personnel est très sympa.
Il y a un ventilateur au plafond qui fait très bien l’affaire.
Le petit déjeuner est bien
Si vous venez en bus, le terminal est à 5 min à pieds

A thoroughly enjoyable family stay with excellent service, great breakfast, and nice view.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful, and both the location and room comfort were excellent. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of both continental and local options. Additionally, the hotel perfectly fulfilled our requests for adjacent rooms and free parking.

Cons:

There was a water leakage however upon contacting service, it was immediately fixed. I would expect to have proper checking before assigning and handing over the keys. A part from it, everything was good.
