Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Reservations made by a third party are not allowed.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Enttäuschend
Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal war auch eher unfreundlich, was wir in ganz Malaysia bisher nicht erlebt hatten. Das Frühstück war auch eher mittelmäßig.

Super cena do jakości
Pros:

Wszyscy byli bardzo przemili. Ładny pokój, mieliśmy piękny duży taras. Hotel w samym centrum - wszędzie blisko. Bardzo miło nam było, gdy poprosiliśmy o śniadanie na drogę dostaliśmy je po europejsku - tosty, croissant, dżemy.

De hoofdstraat is op loopafstand en gaf ons het gevoel van een ski-oord.

We are disappointed with the quality of the room but it was just 2 nights so we endured.
Pros:

The service by the front office and restaurant’s staff are exceptional. The morning buffet is a delight. Good nasi lemak and good breakfast options. A lot of restaurants nearby. The location is not very near the Tanah rata bus station so if you are coming with kids or seniors in tow it’s recommended that you take a Grab or taxi. Costs us RM10 for the 3mins taxi ride.

Cons:

The pictures of the room are misleading. The master bedroom’s comforter was so smelly we couldn’t use it at all. We asked to switch room cos the layout doesn’t look like the one we had originally selected but it was not any better either as the new room has a musty smell. The so called shopping centres above the hotel was almost deserted but thank god for MrDIY which provided some window shopping.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage, sehr zentral. Genau richtig für eine Nacht. Große Zimmer, sehr viel Platz.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wie der ganze Ort. Hotel fuer Kongresse und Gruppen.
