Pros:

Reception is very welcoming, breakfast was awesome. Staff was generally friendly.

Cons:

I was booked for a family of 4 but only kept providing 3 towels and had to keep asking everyday for the 4th. The tea station in the room caters for 1 and not a family. Kept asking for it to be topped up. Only to find out on the last day that they had a tea and coffee station opened 24/7 down at the bar.

My stay was good and I would stay there again if I’m in Durban or Umhlanga.
Pros:

The location is perfect.

Cons:

During breakfast the area was too crowded. This was the only setback. But what I liked the food was always enough.

Out of this world
Pros:

Everything was on point.. they serve the best breakfast… the hospitality was out of this world.. the hotel even offered us goody bags on the day of the race. That was a pleasant surprise
