clean and spacious rooms, great view, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast , location close to all amenities and restaurants - 15min walk to CTICC. I always stay here when in Cape Town for business.

Pros:

Nice hotel with beautiful view from the bar on the roof top. Clean rooms . Very friendly staff in reception and restaurant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bar on the roof with beautiful views of the city, is out the control of the manager and staff. Local patrons were behaving outrageously, and arguments, shouting, and aggressive behavior effectively drove away the customers present at the time. Despite warning the bar staff about the patrons' reprehensible behavior, no one took any action to control the situation.

Meine erste Wahl in Kapstadt. Freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Frühstücksommelette auf Bestellung = ein Kunstwerk.

Kein Trinkwasser in der Flasche auf dem Zimmer, sondern nur relativ teuer an der Rezeption oder der Bar. Warmwasserversorgung am frühen Morgen schwach.

Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent variety of options to suit every taste. I especially enjoyed the omelet station, the fresh fruits and yogurts, and the freshly baked croissants—it was truly a fabulous spread. As a coffee enthusiast, I was particularly impressed by the latte; the barista crafted an absolutely divine cup that was the perfect start to the day.

Cons:

This was my second stay at the hotel, and unfortunately I experienced the same issue on both visits. On checkout day, the housekeeping staff knocked on our door very early in the morning. During this stay, we had arranged a late checkout, yet housekeeping still knocked at 8:30 a.m. and again at 10:00 a.m.
This was quite disappointing and disruptive. The hotel should have a system in place to communicate guest checkout times, particularly when a late checkout has been approved. Standard checkout time is 11:00 a.m., so being disturbed as early as 8:30 a.m. felt unnecessary and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
I hope this can be addressed to ensure future guests are able to enjoy their room and privacy until their scheduled departure time.

On a tout aimé. Le personnel est super. Tout le monde a été très attentionné. Mon bébé était aux anges. Mes parents ont même eu une attention dans leur chambre pour leur anniversaire de mariage. L’emplacement était parfait et la vue incroyable.
