Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall, and the hotel service was very nice when we arrived. The staff welcomed us warmly and the check-in process was smooth, which gave us a great first impression — especially as it was our first time visiting the Philippines.

Cons:

Since we were new to the country and unfamiliar with local taxi prices, we decided to arrange an airport pick-up directly through the hotel, assuming this would ensure a fair and reliable price after a long journey.

Unfortunately, this turned out to be quite disappointing. The transfer from the airport to the hotel took only about 10–15 minutes (approximately 3.5 km), yet we were charged 750 PHP. Later, we found out that a regular metered taxi for the same distance would have cost around 200 PHP.

We completely understand that hotel-arranged transfers can be slightly more expensive for convenience and peace of mind, and that would have been perfectly fine. However, charging more than triple the normal price felt excessive and left us a bit disappointed, as we had trusted the hotel to offer a fair rate — especially for guests arriving in the country for the first time.

Pros:

附近沒有什麼景點，單純是隔天要去機場所以訂了這裡，整體都算不錯～不過附近真的都沒餐廳，就用了飯店內的餐廳(是吃早餐的地方)，但價錢並沒有很貴，所以也還算很方便！他還可以叫按摩～可以提早預約！

Nice and convenient stay near the airport.
Pros:

Large room with a big bed for our family of 4. It was close enough to the airport that we had a quick, easy place to stay after our arrival. The breakfast buffet was alright. The staff were friendly

Cons:

The area surrounding the hotel isn't nice, which probably doesn't matter if you're just using the hotel has a quick stopover before or after a flight.

It was very convenient for us to stay since we got appointments with the Maayo Hospital.
Pros:

Breakfast was good they have lots of variety of food Western, Filipino.

Wir haben uns trotzdessen gut aufgehoben gefühlt :)
Pros:

Wir konnten spontan 2 Nächte in der Deluxe Room buchen.
Das Essen war super inkl. Zimmerservice.

Cons:

Die Renovierungen am Pool war leider durch den Tag sehr laut, sowie die nahen Strasse auch.

Ubytování v pokoji deluxe.
Pokoje jsou čisté, příjemná a prostorná koupelna, kvalitní pokojový servis.
Snídaně v hotelu jsou doopravdy skvělé.
V koupelně oceňuji velmi dobrou sprchu.
Dále jsem ani jednou neslyšel žádné zvuky z jiných pokojů, tak buď jsme měli tiché sousedy, nebo zdi dobře izolují hluk.
Tento hotel řadím mezi ty výrazně lepší které jsem na Filipínách měl možnost navštívit.

Cons:

V hotelu jsem byl již podruhé (poprvé v roce 2024). Tehdy bylo příjemné, že doplňovali celý minibar zdarma každý den, nyní pouze dávali obyčejnou vodu zdarma.
V prvním roce jsem měl z hotelu lepší dojem - nyní jako bych vnímal již více lehké opotřebování hotelu.
Osvětlení v koupelně před zrcadlem bych ocenil o něco lepší.
