Die Lage war perfekt - Innenstadt, aber sehr ruhig. Vieles fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem der ältesten Gebäude Las Palmas bei der Kathedrale. Das Zimmer hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Service und der Empfang waren sehr herzlich und ich habe mich außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder. Ein tolles Hotel in jeder Hinsicht.

la ubicaciones muy buena, buen tamaño y tranquilo.

Cons:

la cisterna no funcionaba bien y ademas tardaba un monton de tiempo en rellenarse, el colchón demasiado blando, tras ducharte el termo (que esta dentro de la propia habitacion) esta haciendo mucho ruido hasta que termina de recalentar el agua.

Pros:

Zentraler kann man in der Alstadt von Las Palmas nicht wohnen. Die sehr individuellen Suiten, vor allem die mit Rooftop Terasse, bieten eine sehr gemütliche und entspannende Startbasis für die kulturellen und gastronomischen Highlights im Vegueta Viertel. Die Idee mit der 24/7 Rooftop Bar ist perfekt für den Starter Set oder den Absacker. Das Frühstück im Patio oder auf der eigenen Terasse ist grosse Klasse und sehr liebevoll dargereicht.

Cons:

Alles Bestens, nur das Boxspringbett war etwas zu weich !

Excellent choice if staying in the historic center.
Pros:

Location, contemporary furnishings, private terrace, helpful staff, hotel parking nearby.

Cons:

Mattress and pillows in our room were ready for replacement. This was signalled to management at checkout and were told these would be changed.

Mysigt hotell i gamla delen av staden.
Pros:

Otroligt mysigt hotell! Snyggt renoverat.
Väldigt bra och god frukost.
Läget är perfekt.

Cons:

Lite svårt och trångt att komma fram med bil. Garaget där vi bokat parkering var extremt trångt!

fantastic little hotel, great location, amazing breakfast. we had room no 9 which was lovely. the staff was so incredibly friendly (everyone we encountered in Las Palmas was great)

Elegí este hotel de 5 estrellas porque era para mi madre y buscaba un hotel de calidad cerca del Hospital San Roque, así que, tanto la ubicación del hotel (en el centro histórico, al lado de la catedral y cercano al hospital y a la zona comercial), como las instalaciones y servicios, cumplen con creces lo que publicitan. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Desayuno rico, abundante y con opciones sin gluten.
El trato que ofrece al huésped tanto Lucía,, como Miriam y el resto del personal del hotel durante la estancia es excepcional. Gracias por todo.
