Tolles Boutique Hotel im Altstadtviertel VEGUETA, schöne Terrasse mit Kiosk-Bar, viel Privatsphäre
Pros:

Sehr zentral, in der Altstadt gelegen. Verschiedene Restaurants ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, bekannte Einkaufstrasse (Calle Mayor de Triana) in 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die private sonnige Terrasse ist genial (richtiges Zimmer buchen) bietet viel Platz mit Liegestühlen, Tisch und Stühlen sowie Lounge-Möbel. Zimmer modern und gross, King-Size-Bett vorhanden; leider Kissenbezug ohne Reissverschluss und kein Nordisch-schlafen (Leintuch).
Feines, ausreichendes Frühstück im privaten Rahmen. Nettes Personal.
Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten bereits in den "Bergen", zum Flughafen sind es maximum 30 Auto-Minuten.

Cons:

Keine Parkiermöglichkeiten in der Gegend, sehr enges Parkhaus (EUR 16.--) direkt neben Unterkunft.
Haupt-Durchgangsstrasse neben Hotel, abends aber ruhig.
Preislich eher im oberen Bereich im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels im Quartier, mit dem tollen Dachzimmer passte es für uns.

Espectacular todo.
Pros:

Todo. Desde la amabilidad y trato del personal, la ubicación al lado de la catedral, la habitación súper cómoda, la cama genial, grande y con detalles que ya quisieran otros, la terraza de la habitación y la de arriba, el desayuno de calidad, variedad y un gusto exquisito. Enhorabuena y que no cambien.

Cons:

No poderlo disfrutar más tiempo ya que veníamos de crucero y salía el avión.

A unique hotel experience in beautiful surroundings everything about it was special and unusual in a good way. The ‘honesty bar’ is a great addition and the Bluetooth Bose speaker a great asset

Can’t fault it really, understandably a bit expensive but good value for offering more than your average four star hotel. A lovely vibe!

I think that while it has a lot going for it, it has a few issues to address to justify the 5* status.
Pros:

It is in a great location, the room was nice and clean and the hotel had some interesting decorations. The breakfast had some nice parts, fresh bread, nice cheese. The woman who checked us and was there during the week was great - I would give her 5 stars. The location is great.

Cons:

I think that it is a bit of a push to describe this as 5 star. As others have said, our room was noisy. The road below was loud so if you’re a light sleeper it would be difficult. Also, our hot water was a little temperamental. After I had a shower we had to wait 10 mins for it to warm up for my partner. The breakfast hot dishes weren’t that warm and one of the croissants we had was very stale.
Lastly, but perhaps most importantly. Parking cost €15 euros per day, I’m not sure if I missed that on the ad, and after we checked out we wanted to have a coffee before we left and so asked if we could leave the car for an hour. The woman who served us told us no, because someone else was coming into the space. I was a little dubious about it because this was at 11am and as check-in isn’t until 3 I didn’t really believe that someone was coming into the space then. While there was a language barrier, I felt that she didn’t try to help us and just said no - she didn’t offer alternative solutions where we could park. I mention this because I see that there are a few complaints about the service. While the woman who served us during the week was fantastic, the staff there on the weekend did let down the team.
Nothing was a huge deal on its own, but, as others have said, I don’t think this hotel can call itself 5 star and it’s a little pricey for what it is.

Prachtig pand, mooie suites, uitgebreide honestybar en een waanzinnig lekker ontbijtbuffet!!!!
Pros:

Van ontvangst tot vertrek was dit hotel een feestje! Wij hadden de suite op het dakterras geboekt dus hadden ons eigen priveterras met een loungezit, 2 zonnebedden, tafel met stoelen en een buitendouche. Grote en hele schone kamer met koelkast, Nespresso etc Overal in het hotel rook het enorm lekker. Hele ruime honestybar op het dakterras en een VOORTREFFELIJK ontbijtbuffet!!!! Enige minpuntje was het weer op Gran Canaria. Het was koud, winderig en veel regen maar daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen. We hadden helaas maar voor 3 nachten geboekt op deze locatie dus het hotel waar we vervolgens naartoe gingen viel enorm tegen!!!!

Er viel helemaal niets tegen, heerlijk hotel!

Excellent location & service, stylish room in good location. Lovely breakfast.
Pros:

Super nice service, helpful staff, stylish, large room, excellent breakfast with fresh and carefully picked ingredients. Location was good too, opposite the big cathedral at the old town. Walking distance to restaurants, main street, museum,etc.

Schönes Hotel um La Vegueta zu erkunden

Die Lage, das beste Frühstück ever, das freundliche Personal, die Ruhe, alles TipTop sauber, die tolle Dachterasse, das schöne stilvolle Ambiente

Cons:

Leider bekamen wir entgegen unserer Buchung ein App ohne Balkon. Ausserdem hatte das App nur Fenster zum Innenhof und war deshalb seehr dunkel und mit wenig Tageslicht. Sehr schade … aber so war das App auf jeden Fall überteuert und gerade im Urlaub freut man sich auf Licht und Sonnenschein.
