Great beach, pet Friendly. Nice people but slow service ans few options for food. Room was nice for the price though

Solo el Internet fue muy malo y es importante tenerlo ya que casi no hay señal en los celulares, nos competaron que el dia anterior habia caído un rayo y por eso no tenían (nos proporcionaron otra red y es la que no era buena)

La cercanía a la playa

Jeffery took very good care of us during our time at the beach. Front desk also very helpful.

Très belle chambre . Grande salle de douche. Les lits sont confortables. Pratiquement sur la merveilleuse plage et non loin du centre à pied. Les transats et parasols sont inclus.
Le Wifi ne fonctionne qu’à la réception et très moyennement.
Les chambres du rdc donnant sur la piscine offre peu d’intimité. Les rideaux de la baie vitrée /porte ne sont pas suffisamment occultants surtout le matin tôt.

Es un hotel básico que nos dejó un sabor agridulce. Nos tocó la habitación número 5, en donde no había frigobar, plancha o secadora de pelo. La caja fuerte no funcionaba, había focos fundidos, el asiento del baño manchado y safado de su lugar, mientras que las sábanas y toallas estaban manchadas. Los colchones muy duros y las almohadas muy “básicas”, solo había dos por cama, además de no tener colchas abrigadoras. Por otro lado la cercanía a pie del pueblo, su playa y tener la piscina a escasos 3 metros de la habitación son sus puntos fuertes. ¿Me volvería a quedar? No lo sé, pero si espero mejoren los puntos negativos para considerar alguna vez hospedarme de nuevo.

The host was very eelcoming and accommodating. Our room is beautiful with a balcony that over looks the grounds. The 2 pools give guests more space. The beach is gorgeous!!

Nice location and building, my particular room #17 the same after valve did not worked on the shower and it was only hot water, there is no tv or small fridge, there should be!

We stayed (group of 7) in four rooms at Casa Iguana. It was clean, the staff was attentive, and the beach club was beautiful. Would absolutely stay again.

Bra och fräscha rum. Steanden är fin. Enda negativa är att wifi är opålitligt och stundtals helt nere.

God mat och bra valutq för pengarna. Lungt och tyst. Jag älskade holbox och hotellet.

El hotel bonito, las fotos hacen que se vea más bonito de lo que realmente es, tiene acceso a la playa con camastros y sombrillas, bebidas y snaks lo que posibilita estar todo el día en el lugar!!!

This was our first visit to Holbox and this property made our stay for the 7 nights very enjoyable. The pool was right outside our room and was never busy and was nice to soak in every once in a while to cool down. The pool was cleaned daily from what we had seen. The staff from the front desk, cleaners, and restaurant were all very friendly and did a great job! The cleaners were ready to go every day and kept the rooms clean. The other nice thing was the beach was right in front of the hotel where the staff was constantly going back and forth serving food and drinks all day. The area is supposed to be for the hotel guests but I did notice that people would walk down the street between from other locations to set camp there. It didn’t really affect us as we were out early enough to claim a spot but on busy times this could pose an issue. The nice thing is there is sooo many spots all along the beach with loungers I think you could pick a different spot if needed . The downside is you don’t get the benefits to be served with the food and drinks from your own hotel. I would still definitely recommend this place to others!

Great location on the beach, a short walk to town, but far enough to be nice and quiet. What more could you need?
We did have a couple requests and Edwin at the front desk was happy to help. He is absolutely amazing, and totally made our stay with his great service. Highly recommend!
