Pros:

Un’ottima scelta sull'isola di Flores! Posizione fantastica direttamente sul lago, perfetta per godersi dei tramonti mozzafiato dalla terrazza. Camere pulite e accoglienti, atmosfera rilassante e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente.

Muy ruidoso y nos metieron a 4 personas en un zulo que no permitía la entrada de luz

Cons:

Las instalaciones están bien. Nos alojaron a 4 personas en una habitación con 3 camas dobles en la planta baja del hotel. La habitación contaba con un “balcón” si así puede llamarse, puesto que daba directamente a la cafetería del hotel donde literalmente había mesas y sofás para los clientes (y por supuesto clientes). Por ello, era completamente inútil y tuvimos que mantener las cortinas puestas todo el día y la noche. Por lo tanto, la habitación es un completo zulo por el que no entra la luz del sol a no ser que quieras que te vean los demás huéspedes mientras desayunan. Considero que esta habitación no puede ser ofrecida ya que no tiene ningún tipo de ventilación o luz útil.

Como si eso no fuera suficiente, enfrente de la entrada del hotel hay una discoteca cuyo ruido no permite conciliar el sueño, ni estar en la habitación básicamente (a pesar de estar en el ala contrario a la calle de la discoteca, todo el hotel retumba). Al parecer el ruido es normal de viernes a domingo por lo menos, muy conveniente para las personas que vamos a Tikal a realizar el tour del amanecer justamente.

Vistas estas dos condiciones que imposibilitan totalmente estar y dormir en la habitación, pedimos un cambio de habitación esa misma noche. Nos dijeron que sin problema pero que ya cambiaríamos al día siguiente. OK. Al día siguiente otra compañera pretendía meternos a 4 personas en una habitación con 2 camas individuales. No fue hasta que comentamos seriamente que pondríamos una reclamación que nos ofreció 2 habitaciones (según ella no quedaban y después de repente sí). Las nuevas habitaciones al menos contaban con un balcón muy amplio donde poder por lo menos dejar la ropa mojada y dejar que entre algo de luz. El ruido de la discoteca por la noche seguía impidiendo el sueño pero poco más se podía hacer.

Por lo demás, la piscina, el desayuno y la localización estaban bastante bien.

En caso de tener que madrugar NO recomiendo este hotel para nada.

Perfect voor een verblijf in Flores
Pros:

Midden in het centrum. Schone grote kamer met balkon.

Cons:

Personeel was telkens aan het lachen en giebelen met elkaar als je wat vroeg en tijdens het inchecken. Kwam erg onprofessioneel over.

Erg fijn, schoon en centraal hotel.
Pros:

Centrale ligging. Lieve medewerkers. Schone kamers en bedden lagen goed. Mooi balkon.
Heerlijk zwembad.
De geven een ontbijtbox mee als je vroeg weggaat.

Cons:

De deur naar het balkon had geen gordijn ervoor.
Let op. Geen lift aanwezig. Medewerkers helpen met bagage indien nodig.

Excellent location, some improvements needed
Pros:

Location was excellent, very central and view from our balcony was beautiful.
Breakfast was nice, although not a lot on the menu is included.
Downstairs restaurant overlooks the lake which is nice.
The hotel has a small pool, which we didn’t use but it did appear to be clean.

Cons:

Staff had very limited English and it was difficult to converse with them.
I asked for a copy of the menu to be sent to me on WhatsApp. I got a reply saying it would be sent in a moment and was sent 4 hours later 🤣
Shower could do with a shower gel dispenser rather than the tiny bars of soap they give.

Extremely noisy at night

Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by the noise. The hotel is directly next to a nightclub, and the music continued until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to sleep.

Pros:

Excellent location on the Flores island, with a nice terrace / restaurant overlooking the lake and offering good food. Immediately next to all Flores sights. Very friendly staff. Free transfer to the airport. Rooms are basic but comfortable and have a nice balcony. Pool is clean and refreshing. Hotel just has nice vibes.

Cons:

We missed a fridge in the room. Although hotel advertises as 4-stars, it’s a bit too basic for that bit nevertheless an excellent place to explore Flores.

Todo el hotel muy bonito, limpio, cómodo y super ubicado. Recomendado!

Cons:

El personal del restaurante muy lento, el servicio, algunos no muy amables.

Y la salida de atrás para el lago, si estaba muy sucio y genera mal olor. Talvez es asunto de la municipalidad pero uds tiene salida por ese lado y si deberían de limpiar la orilla, por que es atractivo para estar ahí.
