Excelente hotel.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación frente al lago, excelentes desayunos, muy buena atención del personal. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y fue rápidamente solucionado. En comentarios anteriores se critica porque está frente a una discoteca. Mi habitación estaba justo al frente y no se escuchaba el ruido. Muy buena aislación acústica.

Extremely loud music every night. Drunk people every night. Frequent random knocking on our door. Before arriving we asked if we could enter the room earlier, which they confirmed we could at no cost if it was available. On the day of arrival the policy had suddenly changed and they made us wait for 3 hours with a sick child in spite of the room being available, because 'that's our policy now'. There were works on the stairs to our room and we were told not to leave our room before 7pm the first night (eventually they let us leave, but we missed our boat). Zero customer orientation at reception and management. Worst hotel we had during our entire trip. We heard similar stories from travelers staying in the holding's other hotels (they have many on the island). Avoid at all cost.

Pros:

The staff are lovely and the setting is on the lake. My room had a little terrace on the lakeside which was nice, although it wasn’t that private as it’s just next to the restaurant.

Cons:

The noise. It’s surrounded by clubs and a busy road, my room was next to the hotel next door’s pool area which was noisy as well. But this is a common issue in Flores and hard to avoid. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel for a slightly quieter option.

Also note that breakfast is not included.

O hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa e quarto confortável, com ótima varanda pro por do sol.
Pros:

O quarto que ficamos tem uma vista linda do lago e cama confortável, o chuveiro é bom e os espaços são amplos. O café da manhã é no restaurante do hotel e tem algumas opções pra você escolher, desde o prato típico da Guatemala até opções mais "americanas". A localização é ótima, e dá pra passear pela ilha de Flores toda a pé. Tem muitas agências de turismo ao redor e fáceis de fechar os passeios pela região. No hotel tem uma cafeteria e um restaurante, as opções de ambos são gostosas e com bom custo-benefício.

Cons:

O hotel estava reformando nos dias que estivemos lá, e na primeira noite fomos acordadas às 7h30 com barulho de obra e furadeira e serralheira muito altos na porta do nosso quarto, o que foi bastante desagradável. Não houve aviso prévio no dia anterior, e simplesmente fizeram muito barulho durante todo o dia. Conversamos na recepção e nas manhãs seguintes já não teve mais barulho.

Die Lage, das Frühstück, die freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin Marina
Die Aussicht, der Balkon mit der Hängematte.

Cons:

Die laute Musik nachts sowohl von den Booten am See, als auch aus dem Hotel.
Den Pool kann man vergessen. Sehr klein und es gab auch keinen Platz zu entspannen am Pool.

La vista dal terrazzo sul lago bellissima con tramonto.
Ottima colazione.

Le camere sarebbero lievemente da rimodernare.
Si sente la musica del locale davanti molto forte.
La mattina ci sono molte persone che se ne vanno via presto e fanno tantissimo rumore,questo non è colpa dell'hotel ma della gente maleducata.

Elección acertada para desplazarse a los parques y aeropuerto muy cercano.

Would be perfect stay in Flores Island if it wasn’t for the sewage smell.
