Quaint Caribbean style hotel in lovely setting overlooking the lake.
Pros:

The location was amazing. We had a balcony looking onto the lake and it was lovely watching the boats going by. The shower worked well and the breakfast was really good. The hotel was in a Caribbean style which was cute.

Cons:

The receptionists only had a small knowledge of English which was difficult at times but a waiter was able to help. As the WiFi was very iffy it wasn’t easy to use translate to help. The furniture was old and it was difficult to close the drawers.

Pros:

La comida, el restaurante supero mis expectativas, buen sabor, tamaño, precio y una vista muy linda al lago, hizo relajante la hora de la comida, me encanto.

Cons:

Llegamos antes del chek in, y dejamos las maletas en recepción pero no tiene como una bodega para guarda el equipaje más seguro, quedo muy a la vista. Y pude observar en otro turno que, la señorita ofreció en un cuarto dejar las maletas, no se si fue la chica de recepción que no brindo la otra opción.

Que hacían limpieza todos los días y el personal del restaurante y café daban buen servicio

Cons:

Olía a desagüe todo el tiempo el baño aunque hicieran limpieza, el personal de la recepción no da buena atención, tuvimos un día que por la disco que ha enfrente unos borrachos que estaban hospedados estaban con una bocina en la sala de las habitaciones de arriba cerca de nosotros y el hotel nunca les dijo nada hasta que nosotros lo hicimos a las 3 am, envié un mensaje al hotel y ni siquiera respondieron, simplemente no hay atención al huésped.

Pros:

Es excelente, impecable todo. Ubicación inmejorable y atención de primera. La piscina le suma, hace mucho calor y está buenísimo tener la posibilidad de refrescarse.

Cons:

No tiene que ver con la propiedad, enfrente hay una discoteca ruidosa, puede perturbar el descanso.

Lokalizacja jest super, blisko wszystkich atrakcji na wyspie flores, własny mały tarasik z hakiem ławeczka i krzesłem, przepiękny widok, KLIMATYZACJA, śniadanie wybierane z karty bardzo dobre, pomocna pani recepcjonistka, basen zewnętrzny, było naprawdę czysto, woda w kranie była mocno ciepła i prysznic miał dobre ciśnienie

Dostaliśmy jedno mydło i jedną saszetkę szamponu na głowę, pokoje wiekowe - nie najładniejsze, czyste ale puste ze starymi nie ładnymi meblami, telewizor to żart - stary i bez opcji Netflix ani bez połączenia z internetem, nie dało się z niego korzystać normalnie, internet bardzo wolny, pomimo że zasięg był pełny cały czas

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación frente al lago, excelentes desayunos, muy buena atención del personal. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y fue rápidamente solucionado. En comentarios anteriores se critica porque está frente a una discoteca. Mi habitación estaba justo al frente y no se escuchaba el ruido. Muy buena aislación acústica.

Extremely loud music every night. Drunk people every night. Frequent random knocking on our door. Before arriving we asked if we could enter the room earlier, which they confirmed we could at no cost if it was available. On the day of arrival the policy had suddenly changed and they made us wait for 3 hours with a sick child in spite of the room being available, because 'that's our policy now'. There were works on the stairs to our room and we were told not to leave our room before 7pm the first night (eventually they let us leave, but we missed our boat). Zero customer orientation at reception and management. Worst hotel we had during our entire trip. We heard similar stories from travelers staying in the holding's other hotels (they have many on the island). Avoid at all cost.
