Small hotel in centre of town.
Pros:

Right in centre of town, very easy to explore town.

Cons:

Limited parking. Having to move car several times to accommodate other guests and returning to late from a wedding and no parking available.

The hotel offered good value for money and the breakfast was excellent. Free parking was a bonus.
Pros:

Perfect location which was so handy for the town centre, bars and restaurants. The check in was easy and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Lovely, friendly, helpful, family run hotel. Knowledgeable on the local area and places of interest. Took time to suggest places to go and things to do. Great location, free parking. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. They also have a bar and comfy lounge area.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike at all. Lovely place to stay.

Shrewsbury break
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. The family were absolutely brilliant. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel . The breakfast was gorgeous. There was a great selection of cereals all the fruit salad and coffee was fresh on the morning . On our first night we sat downstairs in the bar and it was lovely and peaceful
We have already booked to come back in June

Great family run hotel.
Pros:

The cooked breakfast was of a really high standard and the girls who served the food and drinks were lovely. Good coffee and self service cold breakfast area.
The basement room was very clean, warm and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Don't expect free parking. There's only 10 spaces, so if you get one you're either blocked in or have to leave your keys for your car to be moved. We had to use the carpark (which is right by the hotel so not too much of an issue) and it added about £12 to our stay.
The toilet macerater seemed to randomly go off and very loud.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

A lovely, hotel. Room was spotlessly.clean and warm. Friendly staff. Brilliant location, town centre just a few.minutes up the road. Breakfast was great too with friendly staff throughout. A lovely river walk just outside the property, with parking outside the hotel too. There is also an Indian restaurant opposite.waa.great and an ice cream parlour..next door too. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do. Would definitely recommend this hotel if visiting shrewbury.
