An enjoyable stay with friendly staff
Pros:

The location was very good. The breakfast was fine, the waitress very efficient and friendly. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom fan when the light was put on was very noisy and throughout the night I did hear noise from other rooms fans

Very Dissapointing.
Pros:

Location was great, Parking available was a bonus, although the spaces are very narrow.

Cons:

Second time staying at this hotel but this time very dissapointed. The room wasn't clean, hairs on the bathroom wall, in the sink and shower, dubious stains on the walls and two of the towels had brown stains. Room 1 is right at the top of the stairs so everyone else passes by noisily day and night. There was a loose floorboard that made a clanging noise when you walked on it. We were welcomed by a very large spider above the bed. Both bedside tables were sticky to touch like they had been cleaned with an oily cloth. Breakfast was truly awful, stewed coffee, 1 burnt sausage and rock hard bacon, no beans!! My partner found a hair in hers. It seems like the owners are struggling to keep up now, sadly we won't return.
