Otel mükemmel hizmet çok iyi ama trivagoda otelin havuzu ve otoparkı gözüküyor ama ikiside yok ..

Görsellerde havuz var, inanmayın. Resepsiyonda bu durumu sorduğunuzda çok normal birşeymiş edasında "biz koymuyoruz yaa, site kendisi otomatik koyuyor gibi" enteresan bir cevapları var

Otele giriş yaptım ve sizin göndermiş olduğunuz formu olumsuz olarak değerlendirdim., O gün odam temizlenmedi. Gerekçe olarak kapı önündeki düğmeye basmamamış olmam gösterildi. Otel de 16 oda var ve çoğu boş. Bence kasıtlı olarak odam temizlenmedi. Odaya her gün ikram edilen suyu bile koymamışlardı. Odam meyhanelerin bulunduğu sokağa baktığı için sabah kadar gürültü vardı ve küfürlü konuşmaları gece boyunca dinledim. Tuvaletlerden ağır koku geliyor.

Hesaplı ve marmaray Kartal durağına yakın bir konumda butik bir otel.

Es roch nach Zigarettenrauch und wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten sondern wurden downgraded, so dass wir ein kleines zur Straße hin ausgerichtetes Zimmer hatten. Uns wurde garnicht geholfen sondern nur gesagt, dass Expedia nicht aktuell ist und daher solche Falschbuchungen zustande kommen.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Room was clean and descent size. Most importantly the location is fantastic

Bei der Umgebung hat man nur Streitigkeiten und Drohungen in der Nacht gehört, weil es umzingelt ist von Nachtclubs. Für Familien überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert..

The property claimed to have parking as amenity in the Expedia description, but it is apparently false info.

Yeri Marmara’ya 5 dk çevresinde barlar var ama otel çok iyi çalışanlar da öyle, otelde unuttuğum şarjımı 1 hafta resepsiyonda tuttular sağolsunlar. Çok memnunum yine tercih ederim

In the booking I was told I’d receive a welcome gift, free drink and free mini bar.
I didn’t receive a welcome gift or free drink and the mini bar in the room was completely empty and was off.
It states late check out but I was told by reception staff that late check out is at 12 but this is the normal check out time for most hotels.

Clean, great location, friendly staff. Sadly, there was NO parking provided. Had to pay for public parking.

This is a hotel for 1 night stand, that's it's main purpose!!
Stained and ripped off bed sheets!
Coffee at breakfast is instant coffee and really poor choice of food, only boiled egg available!
Loud music EVERY NIGHT untill 1 am at least from pedestrian street.
During check in I was given access to a wrong room.
Staff almost does not speak English.
Room sizes are much smaller than advertised here: a studio is 30 sq m instead of 54 as advertised.
