Essenziale e pulito, camere da rinfrescare
Pros:

Staff molto cordiale e gentile, struttura abbastanza pulita.

Cons:

Camera un po' da rinnovare e aria condizionata puntata direttamente sul letto. Posizione abbastanza buona, ma via non bellissima di sera.

Superb Staff & Secure Rooms in Convenient Location
Pros:

Excellent overall. Staff are superb from check in to check out, rooms are good size with comfy beds, great value for money, clean, and lots of hot water in shower. Wifi was stable and good air con. Super location within 5-10 min walk to LRT, Rapid Bus, shops, and local sites including Central Market. Hair dryer, toiletries & kettle in room - staff bring bottled water daily, and anything else I asked for wasn’t a bother for them. Lift access to rooms and cool exposed brick vibe in hallways with laminate/tile floors throughout. Front door is secure and there was always someone at reception with a smile and ready to help, including for my late night check in.

Cons:

Most rooms don’t have a window which I wasn’t used to but didn’t bother me one bit in the end. I didn’t end up using the 4th floor/rooftop outdoor seating area but it looked lovely. I always travel with flip flops - no slippers in the room.

Viva la pulizia!
Pros:

Hotel a 10 Min a piedi da Chinatown e a 2 Min dalla metro. Le ragazze sono molto gentili e disponibili. L'hotel è molto pulito!!!

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto è lo split dell aria condizionata che spara sul letto. Noi abbiamo dovuto usarla solo in modalità ventola perché ci dava fastidio. Ma per il resto è tutto perfetto!!

Man längtar att komma tillbaka dit.
Pros:

Jag tyckte framförallt det varma välkomnandet jag fick. Jag är mycket tacksam för allt hjälp jag fick av alla receptionister. Rummet var rent och prydligt. Allt fungerade som det ska. Tyst i själva hotellet och en skön säng. Supertrevlig!

Bien mais manquait d’insonorisation
Pros:

Très bien à l’intérieur et même dans les chambres propres et lit fait etc. Service ménage etc

Cons:

Certains personnel peu agréable, bruits incessants du couloirs mauvaise insolation sonore, bruit de travaux tôt le matin, service ménage parfois incomplet
