To anyone thinking of staying in this hotel in the near future, please note that there is an extremely noisy renovation ongoing in the neighbourhood! I did not find any mention about this until I had checked in. In my experience atleast the third floor rooms cannot be utilized from 8.30am to 5pm due to nonstop noise, could not read a book or take a nap since I could hear it even through earplugs - so this is worth noticing before making a booking!
The rooms were clean and tidy and otherwise had a satisfactory stay.

I didn’t check in because of the receptionist’s attitude. I had just arrived from the airport and was extremely tired. I asked if I could pay a deposit first and settle the remaining balance after getting some rest, as I hadn’t had the chance to exchange my money yet.
Then I heard the owner asking the receptionist about my nationality. Excuse me… what does my nationality have to do with anything?
People often talk about racism, but discrimination can come from anyone. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel judged and unwelcome.
Room was spacious and clean with great en-suite bathroom. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Great central location for Kuala Lumpur.
The room was great, plenty of space, comfortable bed and pillows, shower was really good well. Staff really friendly, the location is great, easy to get to the twin towers, pavilion and Chinatown.

El personal era muy amable. Las camas confortables y los detalles cuidados. Hay un ascensor para llegar a las plantas superiores. Tienen un dispensador donde puedes rellenar la botella de agua con agua filtrada.
Esta bastante centrico, pero como se ubica en el barrio indio no hemos encontrado un desayuno al estilo europeo cerca. Cuando teguardan tu maleta despues del check out se queda simplemente en la recepcion al lado de la puerta. No nos ha dado mucha confianza, pero no pasó nada. La habitación familiar en la primera planta el algo ruidoso, por la calle delante del hotel.
