Pros:

The customer service was extremely friendly, especially the check-in& -out process with Kara, she gave good tips on the city and moving around! : )

Water pressure & temperature in shower were super good! Bed was comfy and big. For the low price, this was a very comfortable option for a short stay.

Cons:

I had some issue with the safe, not very easy to use. I brought this up with front front desk and they were happy to help though so really no negatives!

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, und mehr oder weniger renoviert. Das Bad war auch neu. Sheets und Handtücher sehr sauber.

Cons:

Der extrem eklige Geruch aus den Abflüssen hat es sehr erschwert das Badezimmer zu benutzen.

地點很不錯，走路能到茨場街，頂樓能抽菸

Pros:

The location is ideal, with attractions and the underground within walking distance. It’s on Indian Street, so there’s an Indian atmosphere all around. The reception staff are very friendly and polite.

Cons:

The room was clean, but it smelled musty, most likely because it had no windows and wasn’t ventilated. There was no fridge. No breakfast was provided. I had to leave a deposit of 50 ringgit; this was the first time I’d ever left a deposit at a hotel.
