Con l’opzione che abbiamo scelto stanza e bagno belli grandi, il letto molto comodo e grande anche quello. Anche se c’era un’altra struttura davanti avevamo lo stesso una bella vista sull’oceano.

Cons:

Cosa non gradita il fatto che dopo essere diventati matti per la ricerca di un cambio valuta (che per fortuna abbiamo trovato aperto) per cambiare euro e pagare in dollari come la legge Cilena impone ai turisti stranieri (che ricordiamo non devono pagare le tasse) il resto venga tornato in pesos invece che in dollari. Questo ci ha comportato un po’ di stress per il come avevamo noi organizzato il viaggio visto che a noi serviva il resto in dollari 💵 e non in pesos e il tempo non ci permetteva di andare ancora alla ricerca di cambio valuta 😰. Magari chiedere al cliente come preferisce che le venga tornato il resto sarebbe più funzionale, oppure se diversamente non si fa avvertire il cliente che si deve pagare in dollari ma il resto viene tornato in pesos così uno si organizza asseconda delle proprie esigenze. Se alla reception oltre alla cortesia di circostanza ci fosse leggermente un po’ più di umanità sarebbe perfetto.
