Pros:

Staffs are friendly. Location is great, close to Da Lat market and many restaurants around. Parking in front. Hot water is instantly turned on, which is great.
Reasonable price but the condition can be improved.
Cons: foul &musty room, pillows and bed sheets are old.

Pros:

Room clean but small. Best selection of cable channels I have seen in Vietnam yet.
Bit of a bait and switch. No way this room would ever be worth the rate stated before discount.

Great location and very helpful staff
Pros:

Well located close to the lake and Da Lat market. Nice and quiet hotel, perfect for a family. Very helpful staff with good English and great advice about where to eat, explore and happy to book our bus travel.

If on a strict budget!
Pros:

Musty, no window, VERY hard bed. double normal price as we were there over New year.

Reasonable budget option
Pros:

The hotel is small and not many rooms have windows. The hotel was nice to upgrade us to have a room with a window as they weren't busy. Overall the room was average and pretty clean. The receptionists did not speak the best of English but tried their hardest and were helpful. Not sure I'd stay here again but a perfectly acceptable budget option.

Friendly staff, good price, good location.
Pros:

Courteous staff, quick to assist you in any matters with a smile. Good location surrounded by restaurants, cafes, convenience store across the street, family-style restaurant adjacent, and a bbq bar a few steps down. Cho Da Lat is within a 10-15 min. walking distance.
