Pros:

Había calefacción y un radiador extra que podías enchufar, cosa poco habitual en estos lugares, además la ubicación era excelente al lado del mercado de las brujas. El personal muy atento

Cons:

El primer día el ascensor estaba averiado y teníamos la habitación en la cuarta planta, menos mal que lo arreglaron al día siguiente pero tuvimos que subir cargados con maletas que pesaban bastante.

El buen samaritano

Podría hablar de que Qantu Hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, que tiene un desayuno estupendo y unas magníficas vistas desde el restaurante en el piso superior. También podría decir que la relación calidad precio es muy buena y que las habitaciones son calentitas, y que cuenta con servicio de lavandería y con servicio médico.
Pero lo que me gustaría decir es que el personal es extraordinariamente amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
Cuando tuvimos necesidad de hacer un "early check-in" o tener un "late check-out", nos lo permitieron a un precio muy razonable. Cuando mi familia estuvo algo delicada de salud, mostraron empatía, solidaridad y compresión. Cuando se está tan lejos de tu país, se agradece la amabilidad y delicadeza del personal de un hotel.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación y súper buena relación calidad precio.
Muy bien acondicionado el hotel, con unas excelentes vistas desde el restaurante y la terraza. Tiene un desayuno muy completo.
Excelente servicio, con muy buen servicio de lavandería.
Sobre todo, el personal fue muy amable y cortés; y muy comprensivo con alguna pequeña confusión nuestra.

Perfect base to explore
Pros:

Location was excellent, just around the corner from the witches market where there was loads to see and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants.
The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable we slept great. The hotel also organised our day trips which were brilliant and with very good english speakers as our spanish is not great. We had to leave in the early morning and Roger on reception was brilliant, he organised a little packed breakfast for us and was very helpful. Definitely recommend the Qantu hotel.

Lo que más me gustó fue la cama, que era muy cómoda. También había agua caliente y la habitación estaba bien calefaccionada gracias al calefactor disponible. Todo esto hizo que la estancia fuera muy agradable y confortable.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue que los desayunos eran muy repetitivos. Todos los días servían prácticamente lo mismo, por lo que sería buena idea ofrecer un poco más de variedad.

Además, hubo una diferencia entre el precio que aparecía en Booking y el importe que tuvimos que pagar en el alojamiento, ya que se aplicó la tarifa boliviana. Sería conveniente que esta información estuviera claramente explicada desde el principio para evitar confusiones.

A) La colazione è semplicemente VERGOGNOSA. Nemmeno il pane fresco, non chiedo aragoste o caviale! Non c'era mai nulla6da mangiare... La seconda mattina, a parte che mi sono portato da me il pane, i salumi e formaggio ed un dolce, ho chiesto 3 uova e mi hanno risposto che non potevano darmele, nemmeno pagando!!
B) sfortuna mia che mi han dato una camera (al 7°piano, con finestra sulla strada: risultano impossibile dormire dal rumore, che il vetro, non dico avesse dovuto essere a camera doppia, ma almeno non essere di carta velina!!!
C) per colpa delle aereolinee Bolíviane che ci hanno cambiato o cancellato TUTTI i voli, una mattina abbiamo dovuto uscire alle 4. Rimasti senza cash, che in Bolivia è OBBLIGATORIO averne sempre, abbiamo dovuto cambiare direttamente in hotel, visto che la città si 'sveglia alle 10... Ci hanno fatto un cambio al 60% di quello ufficiale!!! Nemmeno i peggiori strozzini!!
