Pros:

Super friendly staff who were always willing to help.
Good facilities, pool, gym, wide choice on the restaurant menu. Might be a bit tight if the hotel is running at capacity.

Cons:

Restaurant service a bit slow, but probably due to the ongoing situation and the fact the kitchens weren't running full time due to low guest numbers.

Pros:

We highly recommend this place for anyone. Situated just steps from the airport but very quiet and tranquil. Rooms are spacious, swimming pool is amazing.
We enjoyed our dinners at the restaurant and drinks from the bar))

Pros:

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The gardens are beautiful. The staff are very nice. The food is so good. I didn't get a chance to hop on the pool but it looked lovely.

Heritage the best in Bagan
Pros:

Heritage is one of the best in Bagan, close to the airport, however you won't hear a plane the entire time. The team here, guided by Olivier, is impeccable, they really understand how to give 5 star service. The facility, pool, rooms, gym, restaurant, are all top notch, definitely don't hesitate to book this hotel for your trip.

ジュニアスイートに泊まりましたが、居間に椅子二脚と丸テーブルが有りましたが、できればパソコンとちょっとした作業が出来る程度の広さがほしかったです。私は、バスルームにつながる化粧台？のスペースで用を足しましたが、居間の広さが有れば十分置けるだけにちょっと残念。

Perfect for our visit to Bagan! Clean, organized, most comfortable bed and pillows, spacious well-decorated room, beautiful gardens and classic brick exterior. Incredibly helpful staff: assisted us to arrange a last-minute sunrise tour. Would highly recommend!

Pros:

Too much faffing at check in. All windows wide open when we got to room (after 7pm) - nice to let all the mosquitos in. 1 hour wait for dinner - almost drank a bottle of wine whilst waiting. Charge for coffee at breakfast - ridiculous. On check out lady asks ‘how was ur stay’, we say ‘not great’ & she just laughs.....

Lovely swimming pool area though!

groups effect stay of individuals
Pros:

nice hotel but less suitable for business stay or individuals who seek quiet place, as groups frequently occupy restaurant and pool. Hotel staff did their utmost to solve the inconvenient situations but management better create separate areas for groups to not disturb individuals. other hotels do so, so why not this furthermore wonderful cleab hotel with nice staff. Restaurant is only outside, in the rather high temperatures quite a challenge.

Ticks all the boxes!
Pros:

This hotel ticks all the boxes. A fabulous room, beautiful pool, great dinner with wine and scrumptious croissants for brekky... oh and fast wifi and a big bath! Thank you to everyone who went out of their way to make our stay special... appreciated the later check out too!

非日常の時間を過ごせ本当に満足しています。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで常に気にかけてくれます。
ホテルの外には２台のATMが設置されており、そのうち１台は日本語対応しています。
ホテルのwi-fiは速度も問題なく使用できました。
テレビのチャンネルにNHKがあり、新元号に変わる瞬間のニュースも遠い異国の地でリアルタイムに拝見しました。

Pros:

The grounds are lovely, staff friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. They don’t provide hair conditioner and there is no air conditioned area to eat at the restaurant or wait in the lobby. I had a slight misunderstanding with the spa which meant I had to wait in the lobby for an unexpected hour after check out so it got a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

New hotel - less than two years old
Pros:

Fantastic hotel near the airport. Everything perfect expect the coffee in the morning. You expect a decent coffee in such a hotel to start your day.
