Nice to return. Great location.
Pros:

Great to return. Perfect location to explore Lutsk when visiting family from the UK.
Nice rooms. Lovely restaurant and bar area.
Free parking.
Restaurant staff friendly.

Cons:

No information in the room about the hotel, the bar or even a restaurant menu.
Would have been reassuring to have a letter in the room explaining what to do in the event of the sirens going off and how to find the basement. Our daughter in law had to ask and showed us where it was, which was obviously the staff room as there were lots of dirty plates down there.
Receptionists not very friendly.

The breakfast buffet was good, but it was much better the previous time, when I was able to order from the menu.

Замечательные впечатления!
Pros:

Мне понравилось ВСЕ! От местарасположения (удобно добираться , рядом парк, в котором можно погулять, не шумная улица и шикарный вид с окна, на старинное построение). Вкусная еда, чистые номера, все принадлежности в ванной есть , приятные девушки на ресепшене, большой + ЕСТЬ УКРЫТИЕ. В номере тепло, комфортно, приятный запах. Сам отель стильный .

Cons:

Не было такого , ну немного слышно было как хрипит сосед, но то ерунда)
