Cons:

Beds were too soft and uncomfortable, staff was unable to accommodate any solution so resorted sleeping on the floor. Manager was on vacation, and they never got back to me about my inquiry and complaint. Staff had quite a public argument with a new patron on the terrace - whom just arrived. It was unprofessional and shameful. Also, there were hairs (plural) in the shower, and the rooms are loud - you can hear people talk in other rooms.

The castle is lovely but the economy room we were in is a let down

Cons:

The economy velux type room was not cheap but very small with no room for a wardrobe just hangers on the wall. I banged my head on the ceiling more than once ! The beds - 2 singles pushed together were very soft and gave me a back ache.

Ein uhriges Romantisches schönes Kasteel mit toller Küche und Service

Ein romantisches Hotel zum Entspannen iund erholen.
Wer abschalten möchte vom Alltag ist hier genau richtig..Hie braucht man kein Wellness Bereich den hier ist die Natur das beste Wellness
Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen mitten in der Natur..Die Umgebung lädt ein zum Radfahren, Spazieren und auch Wandern ein die Maas ist nur ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt.
Ein sehr schönes uhriges aber dennoch modernes Hotel wo man sich wohlfühlt. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig und mit bequemen Betten.
Die Zimmer haben auch eine Klimaanlage. aber die brauchten wir nicht da direkt hinter unserem Zimmer das Mühlrad rauschte und für kühle Luft im Zimmer sorgte.
Und wem das stört kann ja die Fenster schließen.
Und ja es sind wie es sich in einem Kasteel
gehört keine Modernen Fenster sondern etwas älterer Fenster die etwas schwer auf und zu gehen.
Toller Service freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres Essen.
Es war ein schöner Sommerabend auf eurer Terrasse.
Fazit wer mal abschalten und entspannen möchte vom Alltag ist hier genau richtig.
