I witnessed two fights between customers and the services provider (Girls) on the payments issue.
Pros:

Initially the room allotted to me was pathetic, then oj the second day and after my several requests they gave me a better room.

Cons:

the hotel is not for families as it is main place for "Mujra" Dance and other adult activities.

All in one place a must stay destination.
Pros:

Good staff, great location, and excellent facilities all under one roof. Spa, bar, and supermarket nearby. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel, with easy access to Union Metro Station. Room service is good, and overall the stay was comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended..
