К сожалению, отель оставил крайне неприятное впечатление. Везде было очень грязно, уборка явно оставляет желать лучшего. Бассейн находится в ужасном состоянии — пользоваться им было неприятно.
Кроме того, в отеле очень шумно, особенно в зоне фойе. Атмосфера там крайне некомфортная, складывается неприятное впечатление, что это место используется не по назначению.
Отдых здесь был далеко не таким, как мы ожидали. За свои деньги можно найти гораздо более достойный вариант. Не рекомендую этот отель и никому не советую здесь останавливаться.

Cons:

I booked 3 nights, but I wasn't happy with the accommodation after one night. I still haven't received a refund for the two nights I didn't stay. This isn't how you treat customers; it's unacceptable.

Very bad experience with Dorus Hotel. The hotel management was not responsive to our concerns, and the receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful when communicating with guests. The way clients were treated was unacceptable. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service.
