Pros:

Personal muy amable. Lugar bello aunque la comodidad en general, habitaciones o cabañas, agua corriente y/o caliente, insectos en dormitorio, etc.etc. deja mucho que desear . Por un lado por ser energia producida ecologicamente y falla, y por otra por un mantenimiento en conservacion y aislamiento de cabañas deficiente, lo que deja paso a compañias indeseables en el interior de ellas.
Nosotros preferimos perder un noche ya pagada de las dos que contratamos y mudarnos.

Très mauvaise expérience, accueil désastreux

Nous sommes arrivé à 1H du matin à l'hôtel après une longue route et après avoir klaxonné de manière intempestive le responsable de l'hôtel est arrivé en nous insultant !!! il a d'abord refusé de nous faire entrer en disant que son établissement n'était pas un hôtel 24/24 et que la centrale ( apparemment délocalisée à Saint Domingue ) ne l'avait pas averti de la réservation !!! une personne qui était avec lui ( sa femme ou une salariée?) a passé un bon moment avec la soit disant centrale pour finalement accepter de nous donner une chambre ...au petit matin nous avons voulu prendre une douche, mais pas d'eau chaude!!!....très mauvaise expérience!!!
