This is a Fake Listing! DO NOT BOOK! The place says its fab hotel and Via La Serene but its actually HOTEL CENTRUM! DO NOT BOOK! The hotel does not exist. Its a total 100% fraud, scam! They will take your booking amount and thats all. I called booking.com and was im shocked they did not remove the listing! FRAUD ACCOUNT

Food was good in terms of taste but not worthy in quantity as per 2 people.

Cons:

Rude, unfriendly and unresponsive staff.
Rooms don't justify the price I have given for 2 days.
All inclusive is a scam as they will just provide you the thali with the choice of food they want to keep.
I changed 3 rooms to get a room in which I'll be able to sleep, The TV was not working in any of the rooms.
The biggest disaster was that Wi-Fi didn't work for a single minute in the couple of days I stayed and had a nightmare for my office work.
The rooms were very noisy as the hotel is on a very busy main street.
I had a word with Fabhotels to shift my stay to some other hotel but they couldn't do it and asked the staff to just give me another room.

Worst hotel ever.

Only the location was ok.

Cons:

Everything about the hotel was worst. Photos are fake. Nothing like the photos that are given in booking.com website. Lift takes forever to come. Stained sheets. Just stayed one night and left in the morning because of the horrible experience in this so called hotel. Intercom doesn't work. Had to come down to the reception to give food order. Had to carry out our own luggage in the morning from the room. God knows how this hotel got 4.5 rating.
