Not what I was expecting

Dirty bathroom, leaky faucet and toilet

Very clean Hotel. The staff was very helpful and quick customer services was provided. We order food from the hotel and it was very tasty and delicious. Hot water is available, clean bathroom. It was very cold in the room so we called and ask for extra blankets and they helped was to get more blankets. Must stay here when visiting Vrindavan.

Two large rooms were provided at a very reasonable price in the suit form. Very spacious with fridge etc. Bad thing was the beds were not comfortable; they were too soft and sinking in the middle. Please get a proper bed with a mattress and box spring.

Apart from food I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. Staff were least bothered about their guests , I felt like not humans but the have machines put in. No smile or greetings bu staff.

Hotel’s bathroom’s curtain rod was unsecured fixture which injured to my wife. Manager was inhumane did not provide any help or first aide and was not taking any responsibility for their unsecured fittings in the bathroom which came loose and injured my wife’s eye. The AC in the room was off and on couldn’t sleep at night and after complaining few times they give us options to move in down graded room in the late night which was so inconvenient

Property is good and the rates are average.The rooms are spacious . They upgraded my room to Luxury from Deluxe at no extra cost. The staff was friendly and catered all our needs.

It was overall ok experience as room was spacious and was in good condition except for few things like room carpet had spots, toiletries were of bad quality hence didn't touch those, no housekeeping as done and reception staff was not pleasant to chat with as sometimes i wondered if they were even listening to me. Parking person however was pleasant to have a chat with and was very helpful.

Stained sheets, no WiFi in room, mould on shower head and several power cuts.

Younger guy on nightshift reception was helpful, but that was the only plus point.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were very courteous and catered to all my needs. Great experience overall

Its okay to sleep over. Shower worked. Mattress wasn’t good.

Nice place to stay in Vraja. The staff is friendly rooms were clean bathrooms were also clean Iskcon Temple is a Rs.10 ricocheted on a straight road.

This is a great hotel. The staff are very friendly. Thy ey have great food . They can even make it not spicy if you request. The ac is very cold and the showers are hot. It is a quick rickshaw away from the hot spots in vrindaban.

It was amazing. The restaurant is so good. They have a really cold ac and hot showers . Fast internet is available. The place is clean . It is away from the noise. I loved it.

hotel is good. But breakfast is very bad.
Hotel charge is equal to four star property but breakfast is like guest house.

Great hotel! Its main advantage is the staff. We were not only helped with the organization of transfer, transport: airport-Vrindavan-Agra-Geleraj-Vrindavan-airport, but also the driver helped with the organization of our leisure. Delicious breakfasts, but in our European view, a little bit spicy. The locals really liked it. Beautiful hall, good working air conditioning, fan and refrigerator in our room. From what could be improved - to repair the toilet bowl cistern, but the impressions of visiting holy places did not overshadow it.
