Pros:

Le directeur SAIFULLAH , est une personne charmante et serviable ainsi que ses collaborateurs. L'hôtel est un petit bijoux sur les hauteurs de GÖREME. La chambre était un petit havre de paix avec une immense terrasse attenante. Nous recommandons à 100 pour cent.

Io e mio marito siamo rimasti davvero incantati da questa struttura. Saifullah sin da subito ci ha saputo accogliere e indirizzare aiutandoci sia con transfer di andata e ritorno da e per l'aeroporto sia con tutte le attività da fare lì, dalla mongolfiera ai tour organizzati. Un apprezzamento di vero cuore anche alla signora che sta alle colazioni, ci ha trattato benissimo ed è sempre stata cosi dolce con noi. La camera che abbiamo prenotato un sogno, all'ultimo piano e la mattina all'alba ci ha regalato la vista sulle mongolfiere in volo, sia comodomente da letto riuscivamo a vederle dalla finestra oppure dalla terrazza della camera stessa...meraviglioso. La camera molto spaziosa e pulita, consigliamo questa struttura a tutti.

Cappadocia is remarkable, and I hope it is in my cards to return again.
Pros:

Saifullah at reception is a treasure...attentive and resourceful in providing professionally managed tour set ups quickly at the best pricing. He arranged efficient transfer to and from airport. The room was a novel experience, great bed (slept soundly), the roof terrace has a stunning view and the balloon rides in the morning were colorful and interesting to observe.
Wonderful Turkish breakfasts prepared by Sultan; she is friendly and the food is good...ate there every morning(5 times). Awesome dinner at Seten Restaurant, it is easy walking distance from hotel. Mohamet, of hotel family ownership, is a generous, big hearted man, whom I will cherish as a friend for life. My favorites: sunrise balloon ride over fairy chimneys; green tour; the fine quality of carpet weavers, jewelry and ceramics (ask Saifullah and Mohamet for sources)

Questo Hotel è stata una scoperta che consiglierei a chi dovesse soggiornare a Goreme: lo staff, presente 24/24, è sempre stato ospitale e gentile, abbiamo avuto modo di conversare principalmente con Saifullah, che oltre a proporci attività tipiche della zona ci ha offerto thé e preziosi consigli.
La camera si presenta pulita ed accogliente con la giusta temperatura anche per la notte, quando fa più freddo.
La posizione rialzata è ottima, sia perché il centro città si trova a letteralmente 5 minuti a piedi sia per il paesaggio che si ammira dalla terrazza.
Questa è ottima anche per vedere le mongolfiere, la mattina arrivano molto vicine e permettono di scattare foto davvero suggestive.
La colazione propone una vasta scelta di pietanze tipiche ma anche internazionali ed è stato un ottima maniera di conoscere cibi tipici.

Pros:

Near downtown. Facilities with booking tours . Saifullah (the receptionist) was very helpful and friendly!

Cons:

Cave room is a little bit hot and there is no AC . I didn’t feel good inside. Breakfast is a lunch!

Excelente estancia y personal
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. El personal es inigualable, la atención fue muy buena y amable, especialmente de Saifullah. Nos ayudaron a reservar todas las actividades como el vuelo en globo, red tour, green tour y cabalgata en camello con buenos precios y recogida desde y hacia el hotel. El desayuno es muy amplio y variado. También la terraza del hotel nos permitió una excelente vista de los globos al amanecer para las fotografías y videos. No tuvimos ningún problema y disfrutamos de la estancia.
