Excellent stay, definitely come again
Pros:

The staffs are quite friendly and nice.
The room is clean and tidy, well maintained.
Perfect breakfast.
Perfect view from the rooftop, we spent 3 nights there for our dinner. No need to go to the hustles in Goreme Main Street, that will surely satisfy you.

All round hotel to watch the balloons
Pros:

- Excellent hospitality by the people working there
- Great place to watch the air balloons in the morning. You don’t need to move to viewpoints.

Cons:

Wir bekamen erst ein Zimmer ohne Fenster und die Luft im Zimmer war sehr feucht sodass auch das Bett sich feucht anfühlte.
Die Dusche war ohne Abtrennung sodass das ganze Wasser im Bad verteilt war.
Und es war sehr heiß ohne Klima

Wir haben gefragt ob wir das Zimmer wechseln können,
Was ohne Probleme geklappt habt und wir unseren Aufenthalt noch um 2 Tage verlängert haben

진짜 강추하는 숙소입니다!
Pros:

숙소는 진짜 여기로 가시면 됩니다 일단 숙소 자체도 너무 청결하고 조식도 맛있게 나오는데 그거보다 주인분이 너무 친절하십니다. Atm에서 현금을 800리라 주고 뽑았다니까 투어비용을 할인해주시기도 하고 되게 이것저것 많이 챙겨주셨어요 진짜 강추합니다!

Pros:

Tuve una excelente estadía. Saifullah, quien estaba a cargo de la recepción, fue muy amable durante toda mi estancia, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a brindarme indicaciones para moverme por la ciudad. El desayuno era muy completo y variado. La habitación era amplia, estaba impecablemente limpia y contaba con todos los amenities necesarios para una estancia muy cómoda.

Très mauvaise expérience pour nous.
Pros:

Notre séjour a été une très mauvaise expérience.
Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas composé de produits frais. Les fruits et légumes semblaient dater de plusieurs jours : les tomates et la pastèque étaient avariées, et nous avons constaté que certains aliments étaient resservis plusieurs jours de suite. Les courgettes avaient même un goût de fermentation.
Notre première chambre était extrêmement humide. Les lits étaient humides, nos vêtements sentaient le renfermé et le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas. Les fruits que nous avions achetés ont rapidement pourri. Malgré plusieurs demandes pour faire réparer le réfrigérateur, il nous a simplement été répondu d’utiliser celui de la cuisine de l’hôtel. Cette solution est totalement inadaptée, notamment lorsqu’on a besoin d’avoir accès à de l’eau ou à de la nourriture en pleine nuit.
Face aux problèmes d’humidité, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Malheureusement, la seconde chambre qui nous a été attribuée était infestée de cafards. Nous avons donc été contraints de quitter l’hôtel à 22 h avec deux enfants de 6 et 7 ans afin de trouver un autre hébergement en urgence.
Malgré tous ces désagréments, l’hôtel ne nous a proposé aucune indemnisation ni aucun geste commercial.
Nous avons tout de même demandé si le transfert retour vers l’aéroport pouvait nous être offert. Le gérant a d’abord accepté, mais le départ était prévu à 6 h 30, beaucoup trop tôt pour notre vol. Nous lui avons expliqué que cet horaire ne convenait pas, d’autant plus que ma sœur est en situation de handicap et bénéficie d’une assistance à l’aéroport. Elle ne pouvait pas attendre aussi longtemps sur place. Au lieu de chercher une solution, le gérant nous a répondu avec beaucoup de mépris : « Réglez ça vous-mêmes alors. »
Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par cet établissement. Entre le manque d’hygiène, les problèmes d’humidité, le réfrigérateur défectueux, la présence de cafards et l’attitude irrespectueuse du gérant, cette expérience a été horrible!

Cons:

L’humidité, les produits qui ne sont pas frais pour le petit déjeuner. Le frigo qui ne fonctionne pas. Ils n’arrivaient pas à nous donner trop d’informations sur les lieux et activités à faire, à part ce qui sont organisées avec les tours.

It was good but could be better

THE STAFF and THE LOCATION
It’s located in the heart of Göreme where everything is around by foot

The Staff are very helpful specially Mr.SAIF he was such a helpful gentleman and very sympathetic

Cons:

There is no AC in the room and whenever I opened the window for some air I had mosquitoes going inside
Also the room doesn’t have a fridge and most importantly it’s VERY NOISY wether you open the window or not you can still hear the noise
The breakfast wasn’t really rich ,very basic could be better

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel in Cappadocia a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro di Goreme. Ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni aspetto. La vista dalla terrazza è semplicemente magnifica: al mattino si possono ammirare tutte le mongolfiere che sorvolano il paesaggio, regalando uno spettacolo indimenticabile.
Un ringraziamento speciale a SaifAllah per la sua gentilezza, la disponibilità e l'attenzione con cui si prende cura degli ospiti. Si percepisce la cura per ogni dettaglio, che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
La colazione è davvero eccezionale: ricchissima, con un'ampia varietà di prodotti tipici della tradizione turca, tutti preparati con grande cura. Complimenti anche alla signora che se ne occupa, davvero bravissima
