Pros:

Kleines, familiäres Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und sehr gutem Essen. Die Lage ist super, man kann direkt am Strand essen. Ideal für alle, die keinen Luxus brauchen.

Cons:

Die Sanitären-Anlagen sind eher dürftig. Heisses Wasser war immer wieder ein Problem, das Wasserhahn spritzte in alle Richtungen.

Pros:

Loved the location at the beach. Best spot on the island. Nice chill beach vibe and very tasty and good food. Compliments to the chef!

Cons:

The chairs in the restaurant were a bit uncomfortable which should be better for these prices. Also most staff was nice but the older man serving breakfast and the breakfast it self was a bit off.

Mehr als 2 Nächte definitiv nicht. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war ganz süß, das Frühstück war auch okay, das Zimmer war sehr nah am Strand und am Pool, das hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Leider dem Preis nicht gerecht.
Im Zimmer hatte es einen komischen mockigen Geruch, es war leider nicht richtig sauber und die Lage vom Hotel war leider nicht optimal. Die hügelige Straße mit einem Moped unmöglich zu fahren.

Da vi var der alle dage var der desværre enormt dårligt vejr, havet larmede så meget at man ikke kunne sove, da døren ud til terrassen ikke kunne lukkes helt i, standarden var lavere end jeg havde forventet til den pris - ville klart anbefale det til par, ikke en familie på 4 med børn.

Äusserst liebliche und sympathische Unterkunft am schönsten Strand von Ko Phangan. Gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool im tropischen Garten. Äusserst nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Alles wird einem auf Wunsch organisiert. Restaurant mit wunderbarer Aussicht und Füssen im Sand. Gepflegte Privatsphäre fernab von den Massen. Das Dörfchen in Gehdistanz bietet von tollen Restaurants über Bars bis ausgezeichneten Massagen einfach alles.
Gezeitenunabhängiger Strand – man kann immer baden und schwimmen!

Alles klar, ich mach dir das schön direkt, verständlich und mit bisschen Druck dahinter:

Ganz ehrlich: Ich verstehe absolut nicht, wie diese Unterkunft („Sam in my Shoes“ / „Sand in meinen Schuhen“) überhaupt gute Bewertungen haben kann.

Unser Aufenthalt hat im Prinzip gar nicht wirklich stattgefunden, weil es einfach nicht auszuhalten war. Die Klimaanlage war kaputt, und das bei den Temperaturen – komplett unzumutbar. Trotzdem haben wir kein Geld zurückbekommen. Im Gegenteil: Die Betreiber haben sich in jeder Hinsicht quer gestellt und waren null kompromissbereit.

Das Zimmer selbst? Viel zu klein, total abgewohnte Möbel, und mitten im Raum hängt so ein Windspiel, das die ganze Zeit Geräusche macht – vor allem, wenn die (kaputte) Klimaanlage irgendwie versucht zu laufen. Richtig nervig, man kommt überhaupt nicht zur Ruhe.

Dann die Lage der Zimmer: direkt gegenüber vom Pool. Bedeutet: den ganzen Tag und auch noch später hört man Kinder schreien, planschen, rumrennen. An Entspannung ist da wirklich nicht zu denken.

Und dafür ist der Laden auch noch viel zu teuer. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach überhaupt nicht.

Was ich noch weniger verstehe: In der Umgebung gibt es mindestens 3 andere Unterkünfte, die:

* deutlich sauberer sind
* größere Zimmer haben
* besseres Essen anbieten
* und vor allem viel entspannter und kundenfreundlicher sind

Hier wird dir bei Problemen wenigstens geholfen und nicht einfach blockiert.
