Schönes Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamem und freundlichen Personal in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Der Eingang bietet schon ein (auch öffentlich zugängliches) Fußbad. Alles sehr schick gemacht. Im Zimmer kann man den Waschbeckenbereich von der Toilette/Dusche abtrennen, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Onsen im Dachgeschoss ist super. Die Rezeption bietet Abdeckpflaster für Tattoos. Lage ist perfekt, Trambahn in unmittelbarer Nähe, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Blick auf die Burg vom Onsen und wenn man Glück hat vom Zimmer.

今回も泊まってよかった。
Pros:

4度目の利用だが毎回変わらず快適に過ごせる。

Cons:

ほとんど無いが、ウエルカムサービス（今回はゼリー）にスプーンを付けてもらえると嬉しい。スプーン付けなくても自販機（電子レンジ）に行けばスプーンあることを明記したほうが良い。

Location is convenient to shops and attractions but I would not stay again - not value for money.
Pros:

Location was ideal - close to shops and attractions. Parking available at a cost. The room was smaller than we had previously experienced at hotels of a similar cost. We did not want to include breakfast but saw long queues each morning, so glad we didn't. Plenty of good value places to eat at close by.

Cons:

Only one uncomfortable pillow per bed, with no access to extra pillows.
