Nice but there are better options
Pros:

Great location in downtown St Pete, overall the hotel was nice, but housekeeping was terrible. They never gave us clean towels for a 3-night stay. The front desk did not offer any dining recommendations. St. Pete has tons of great restaurants; thank goodness we have Google. How do you have a front desk person not know how to get to specific restaurants or how to recommend several good choices!

Not worth the price
Pros:

It was clean and well located.

Cons:

The breakfast was sub-par, poorly maintained and there was a mass of people who swarmed it at 9:15. Also, the staff wasn’t especially enthusiastic about there being guests at the breakfast bar.

Great location for St Pete activities
Pros:

Great location especially for waterfront activities. Plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Quick weekend getaway!
Pros:

Always a great stay at this Hyatt. We love the rooms and the breakfast. Love that everything is within walking distance.

Breakfast was cold ish every day. Perhaps as it was put out early and sat until we came down approx 7:30 -8:00.

Great hotel in downtown St. Pete

This hotel is perfectly locating to all of the dining, arts, and cultural events DTSP has to offer. The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean.
