Great Motel, better than expected
Pros:

Very friendly staff at the reception, good breakfast, very clean, free popcorn. Although it's directly located at the highway it was very quiet. Good restaurants nearby.

Scam charges - fined for the pet included in the reservation
Pros:

I reserved a pet-friendly room, included in the notes on my reservation that I was traveling with one 50# dog. After returning home, I get hit with a $250 fine because their staff assigned me a non-pet room and are now charging me for having a pet in it. So again: I reserved a room for a dog (and 2 humans), brought the dog, stayed in the room they assigned me, and now they've charged my credit card a $250 fine on top of the room reservation cost. This would be a fine basic hotel if not for the extortion. Do not stay here, who knows what they'll bill you for later.

A New DAY @ The Day's Inn in 100 Mile
Pros:

Motels can be less than pleasing in terms of cleanliness, and a smoke smell in rooms. Poor beds, lack of cleanliness, and low maintenance of the property. NOT THIS DAY'S INN IN 100 MILES BC. :-)

Happy to recommend the property as a mid range accommodation option.
Pros:

Clean, new and fresh.
The staff member on reception on the morning of our departure was charming and professional.
The breakfast was surprisingly good.

Cons:

The staff member at checkin was bored and uninterested in people. Fortunately it was a short encounter.

Pros:

Close to the main street, fully equipped room, modern and VERY clean with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, etc. Small breakfast included.

Our room was nicely set up and very clean. A comfortable bed and very quiet. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff friendly.

Pros:

Very nice hotel with wonderful employees. Thomas is so friendly and helpful. Typical hotel breakfast. We stay here every time we are in town and highly recommend it.
