Lo staff è molto gentile
Pros:

Colazione equilibrata più verso il dolce il salato era appena presente

Cons:

Purtroppo la struttura ha gestito un gruppo di baldi giovani americani ipotizzando che fossero persone civili e rispettose verso gli altri ospiti.
Il portiere di notte avrebbe dovuto intervenire per sedare la confusione.

Soggiorno breve ma graditissimo
Pros:

Di passaggio di ritorno dall'isola d'Elba con mio marito e figli, ho particolarmente apprezzato la gentilezza dello staff, la comodità delle stanze e la pulizia (biancheria stupenda, perfettamente stirata), lo stile elegante e raffinato, oltre alla posizione centralissima. Prima del nostro arrivo ci sono state fornite via whatsapp tutte le indicazioni riguardo alla possibilità di scaricare i bagagli in stalli molto prossimi all'ingresso dell'albergo, malgrado l'ingresso principale sia in zona pedonale. Nelle vicinanze abbiamo facilmente trovato parcheggio per le nostre moto e per la macchina.
