昼間帯はあまり気にならなかったのに、早朝深夜になるとあまりにも浮浪者の存在が気になる。

早朝、新今宮から歩いて帰ってる途中、浮浪者に話かけられたから…ホテル外の治安はよろしくないかもしれない。

Small bathroom made the stay uncomfortable

I booked OKINI HOTEL namba for 3 nights but ended up checking out after the first night. The location was somewhat convenient and close to a railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room became very small when an additional bed was added.

Cons:

However, what made my stay uncomfortable was the extremely small and cramped bathroom. That was the main reason I decided to leave early despite my original booking. It could be a decent budget choice if space isn't a concern, but personally, it didn’t work for me.

Awesome view with cozy rooms.
Pros:

1. The view of Abeno Harukas from window was awesome.
2. Close to station.
3. Front staff can Speak English,Japanese,Chinese and was super helpful.

Nice place for a short stay in Osaka
Pros:

The reception staffs are exceptional, especially Kevin and Sarah who took extra miles to assist us. The property is located near train station and numerous convenience stores and eateries.

良いとこ
寝泊まりするだけなら問題ない。
宿泊料金に朝食込みなのはありがたい。
最寄り駅出て徒歩20秒でつく立地。
従業員の方は笑顔で対応してくださいました。　
利用者のトラブルなどはありませんでした。

改善点、気になった点
ホテル周囲の治安の良し悪しはある。治安についてはよく調べていき、泊まる場合は人通りが少ない時間は外出しないほうが良いかと。
廊下に色々な食べ物が混ざったような異臭が少し。部屋数も多いし飲み帰りの利用の方もいたのかな。
電車線路横のホテル。窓際だと騒音気になる方もいるかもしれません。
