C’était bien, mais ça aurait pu être mieux.
Pros:

La localisation, les employés très gentil et disponible, le repas c’est bien servi et le gu c’est magnifique
Le petit déjeuné c’est complet et bon

Cons:

Wi-Fi pratiquement ne funcione pas dans la chambre et à l’extérieur
Pas de frigo dans notre chambre
Matelas séparé, pour un couple.
Matelas trop mou, mais ça c,est un question personnelle
Le Check out c’est à 10h et à 09h52 un personne de la nettoyage essayé de rentré dans la chambre sans frapper et nous sommes à changer de vêtements pour partir, très désagréable.

Der Chef hat uns sogar zum Bahnhof von Moselkern gefahren und auch wieder abgeholt!!!

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Super ruhig gelegen. Man kann kostenlos parken und in 40 min erreicht man die Burg Eltz über einen schönen Wanderweg.
Super Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt.

Cons:

Für uns waren die Matratzen zu Weich. Sind aber halt nur harte gewöhnt.

Super dejlig morgenmad og restaurant. Hotel og værelse lidt slidt og kedeligt
Pros:

Virkelig god morgenmad, god kaffe og venlig betjening. I restauranten laver de også rigtig god mad, og vi fik serveret en virkelig god lokal hvidvin. Hotellet ligger også meget tæt på starten af en meget dejlig vandretur til det fantastiske Burg Eltz.
Værelset var rent og funktionelt.

Cons:

Da vi ankom havde personalet fridag, og det er altså lidt for mærkeligt, tomt og kedeligt. Der mangler hyggelige faciliteter til fx at slappe af i haven. Værelse var lidt slidt og kedeligt.

Beautiful location, basic amenities.
Pros:

The location is quiet, in nature, a very good place to detox. We loved the walk around.
The room was spacious.

Cons:

Very limited breakfast option, basic amenities in the room. Pillows were not good, the cotton cuddled and not comfortable at all.

Отель размещён вдали от шума, на поляне у подножья гор. В получасе пешком находится крепость Эльц.
Гостеприимные хозяева, отличный завтрак, номера чистые.

Cons:

Мы были в жаркие дни, в комнате было немного душно, но выносимо.

Décor enchanteur, mais prestation de service desastreuse.

Le lieu est absolument charmant.

Cons:

L'accueil est cependant déficient. Aucun sourire, aucun geste permettant de croire que nous sommes les bienvenus. Nous avons eu le sentiment de déranger des habitués réunis entre eux autour de grosses bières. Première et dernière visite à cet endroit. C'est malheureux car il s'agit d'une expérience d'exception en Allemagne. Aussi, nous avons eu ici les lits les plus inconfortables de notre voyage. Plus mou que cela, c'est impossible. A oublier et, surtout, à éviter à tout prix.
